The Shiv College of Education is managed under the aegis of Dehat Vikas Educational Society. This is the only self-financing B.Ed. College in Haryana. The primary aim of this College is to provide value education to the students. They are sincerely committed to maintaining high academic standards. The mission of the College is to provide unique learning experience and enable the students to realize their potential. They aimed at village upliftment that is very essential for the progress of the nation. Their vision is to develop this college as excellent professional college for teachers.

They even have a projector in the lab which can be used to train the students. The college is also having equipment’s which are necessary to carry out experiments that are required in school. There is a psychology lab that is essential in any college. In this lab, they have different tools and tests to assess the intelligence, creativity, personality, etc. of the students. Proper guidance and services are also provided. In the regular curriculum of the college, the students are given time to relax in the music room. The creativity of the students is exhibited in the creativity room of the college.

Course Curriculum Overview:
There were 6 major subjects and two minor subjects. We did not have to study English subject as a compulsory paper. Teachers were good at teaching lessons. The final exams were conducted yearly for this course.

The course curriculum is very good and perfect for every student whose dream is to be a teacher in the future. All the subjects are good for scoring decent marks. Exams including practicals are conducted once in a year.

The b.ed course is a 2 yr program and that has been divided into a 4semesters and these each semesters consist at least 5 to 6 papers that a student should write to honor itself with a degree and 2 &4 semesters are quite different in terms of traits because both of these semesters consist a internship, and these interships have a dominant influence in evaluation process because that consist 100 Mark's each and its crucial for the students to go through from these internships and there's minuscule changes are also been here in a 4th semester in which a student must face a dissertation and viva.
