well, placements are offered to final-year students i.e. third year or master students but if the second-year student has skills he can apply for placements too. I have not applied yet for any placements that's why I don't know the minimum or maximum package provided in placements.
in the last year of the graduate program students are eligible to sit on the placement of companies and get a job there is many reputed and renowned company visiting the college like hdfc there is 60-70 percent of students get placed in the in-campus placement many of the students have plans to pursue higher degrees in the other countries because most of the students are from Punjab and want to go outside of the country for the job and for the higher education
Many companies Come Like Wipro And Infosys Which give Job roles As Assistant In Accounting And many others And Stipend For internships Are around 10k Per Month. The lowest Package Is around 4-5K Per month And Highest Package is Around 25k per month
After 5th-semester students become eligible for campus placements and companies like EY, KPMG etc come for placement drives and give really great packages. About 50% of the students get their placements in such drives. Average packages are around 3 Lakhs to 4 Lakhs.
There are no such placement opportunities provided by the college after b.com but there is a placement cell that gives you updates about the ongoing vacancy in the Tricity. One can apply for various internships right from the 1st year but placements are done in the final semester.
College do conduct a Job fair. But jobs offered are like 7k p.m. that was my monthly rent of PG. Considering it a good commerce college placement offered in campus were not upto the mark
Many companies visited the campus for their placement drives.every year around 75-80% students got the chance to work in mnc from the college. Their recruitment process is very good.
The college has their own placement cell which notifies time-to-time job-internship opportunities to the students and alumni as well. They hold a very good position of the college and conduct regular interview classes and seminars. Many companies like Times of India, The tribune, Infyosis and other companies and brands have taken our college students with them for internships and jobs.
Their are many jobs and opportunities for the future of the student in my college inbetween the course many companies comes there for interview and give the job of good scale and scope so the placement are also good
