The course curriculum at Mangalore Institute of Technology is very adequate and up to date according to modern education standards.
They may provide in the future. Doing an internship is a good thing. If you get a recommendation for an internship, then it will be even better. And if you do a good internship, they will give you a job and salary. You will also gain experience and develop good skills.

Dislikes

Exam correction is unfair, as it unnecessarily fails students solely to prompt them to pay for revaluation before eventually passing them.
I still have not experienced when asked about my seniors; they gave me mixed reactions. They say college doesnt provide any internships, and some of the paid internships are very costly.

The Most Decent College in my Region, My College

Likes

The girls to boys ratio is 2:4. The college campus is very clean and well maintained. The workers inside the campus keep the environment clean with regular maintenance.
The lab facilities are good and the lab instructors are well experienced. The staff both teaching and non-teaching are well mannered.

Dislikes

The skill lab fees which we've paid had no benefits or very less benefits.
Events conducted in colleges are very less compared to other colleges.

Placement Experience:

The placements are average althought we have 5 students placed in one of the core companies that is Collins Aerospace. Students become eligible from 6 semester. Highest package was 10-15LPA last year and average was 5LPA. Almost 70% of students get placed. Ive plans to do higher studies after getting my degree.

Infrastructure - very nice and peaceful surroundings and infrastructure
Staff - Our department have the best faculties and they are very supportive

Placement Experience:

There are training for aptitude and other things related to placements from 3rd year , companies start coming around 7th semester. The placement department is trying to get good companies but are little concentrating only on getting high number of company being in their record rather than focusing on actually helping students to get in there . Overall even they are trying

IN THIS COLLEGE MAXIMUM PLACEMENTS ARE GAINED . THE HIGHEST PLACEMENT THIS YEAR IS PACKAGE OF 50LAKH . THERE ARE FEW ABROAD PLACEMENT PLACED LIKE JAPAN AND USA COMPANIES. ALMOST ALL THE STUDETS GET PLACEMENTS .

The college campus is very beautiful and calm.
Hostel rooms are very neat and everyday they would and clean.

Dislikes

The classes are pretty exhausting and tired.
Location is little far from the town and you have walk alot.

Placement Experience:

The placement in our college is pretty good . 2024 passed out batch got two placements from Japan . The package was around 23-27lpa. Average package is 4-5 lakhs. This is year many Mechatronics department got placement. Mainly IT companies come for college placement in our campus.

I really love the environment of our college. Its very beautiful campus with high cleanliness. Even the washrooms are very hygienic.
I like our colleges faculty they are very cooperative with students.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Our courses cover all the important topics which need to be covered and are necessary for becoming a successful engineer. It has provided all necessary labs and theory concepts. These concepts are basically for my real-world applications.

Liked the environment, the weather and the peace we get inside the campus
Every class room has AC and fans. Well ventilated class rooms

Dislikes

Very hot conditions during summer makes it difficult in hostel
Need more improvement in sports department

7th semester onwards. Almost every good IT company visits. At an average, every company will hire 30 to 40 students Every year. The highest can go up to 25LPA, The average being 6 to 7 LPA, 95% placement overall. I want to pursue higher studies abroad.

Students become eligible for placements from the seventh semester. Placement training starts from the third semester. Students will be trained in aptitude assessments and group discussions. 500+ job offers are made every year. 21 lakhs per annum is the highest package offered. Over 167 companies visit the campus every year. Some of the companies to name are Mindtree, Infosys, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Bosch, IBM, Siemens, KPIT, Byju's Amazon, Accenture.

Remarks:

Less fees, good teaching, Best in class Hostel, Good Environment to learn. I estimated that I would get this college while selecting a college based on my rank in common entrance test. This college had a decent infrastructure and a good reputation in that place
