Vancouver is beautiful and UBC is a good school. I also knew quite a few UBC alumni.
Course Curriculum :
Very unique programs available could use some improvements but overall is great.
Exams :
There were 2 general behavioral short answer/essay type questions and a space to input your extracurricular and co-curricular activities. Additionally, there was also one LoR.
Placement :
Depends on the specialization.
Internship :
The co-op job board is available only after being accepted to the Co-op program.
Fees :
Tuition only would come to 46,000-50,000 CAD a year
Scholarship :
No, I haven't applied for a scholarship.
Faculty :
Faculty really depends on the course and department but for every 7 courses at least 4-5 of the profs are decent or exceptional.
Hostel :
A 4BR apartment through campus housing with utilities included would be 932 CAD per person.
