- The campus environment which fosters lots of opportunities for a student to develop into a confident and skilled person.,
- Students from all over the world making it a very diverse place to study where learning has no gender or discrimination towards any culture.,

- There are computer labs, student rooms, library and group study rooms in the library which students can book to prepare for group presentations.,

- The student union team is LSU, is a very active organization which represents the student body and plans all the events like Diwali for Indian students, Chinese new year and various networking events.,
- It also gives a lot of opportunities to volunteer. It is a great place to work, volunteer and develop leadership skills.,
- The college has a lot of options in the cafeteria for lunch, Tim Hortons, Indian cuisine as well where a student can find a lot of options for lunch, offering a wide range of variety.,
- The college is very well connected to public transport called transit. It has two bus stops near the main gate.

- Registration Process was not appealing in my case. As the college had limited seats for some courses for which many students had to defer to next semester which wasted a lot of their time and efforts .,
- The Admin team takes a lot of time to reply and give updates on application status which is very frustrating.,
- So many students didn’t receive any reply or update from the Langara admin team about their application status. It just showed Docs Received for months and after that nothing was updated.
Course Curriculum:
Yes, The course curriculum was up to the mark as it had co-op term in the end which allows students to work full time in the last semester in a program where they get industry exposure and practice approach to use the skills and knowledge gained during the course. It is the best way to expand your network and further boost your resume.

Course Curriculum:
Course curriculum depends on the course you're getting into as i have been into computer sciences and i got 3.2 GPA. According to me curriculum is updated and teaching on smart devices updated OS.
Fees:
The fee for international students is $635 per credit. For associate degree graduation, 60 credits are required. So, the fee for the full program is $635x60= $38100. Gonna cost around 40000 CAD.

It is very updated and advanced. They are aware of all technical knowledge similar to all top management schools.

- Because of its high reputation and prestige. Moreover, it also has its root top colleges and universities in abroad.

Relevancy of courses is neither too good nor too bad . No industrial exposure on research experience is provided.

- I was looking for a 2 year Data Analytics program from a good college as most universities had only 1 year program and very expensive. Langara is a reputable college in Vancouver and has one of the most affordable fees.,
- The faculty of the college are very good and helpful. There are lot of volunteer options to take part in the college. For new international students there is a counselling department to help them with home sick and cope up with the new learning style. The fee is quite affordable when compared with other colleges.
- Dislikes:
- There should have been an in-campus accommodation considering the amount of international students in the college, college provides options for PG but it’s quite expensive and the seats fill out quite fast.
Course Curriculum:
The course has a syllabus according due the industry standards most of the instructors are actually full time employees in MNC’s and teaching is just their part time job, so you get good exposure on what to expect in Canada workplace after you graduate. There are openings in college as student researcher to help the professors in research program but the competition to get the job is quite high.
Fees:
Per credit the tuition fee is around 620 CAD, it will cost you around 30000 dollars for 4 semesters.

- Even if it is a college, the rules and regulations and atmosphere were equal to a university. Great professors, Great teaching, Lab facilities and variety of courses that a person can dream of and join. Affordable tuition fee for students especially international students.,
- My program is Diploma in Arts and Sciences Health Sciences, I chose this course because I’m a great fan of science and I’m very much interested in medical field. So if I graduate in this course in future I can opt any other course related to science like psychology and so on.
Course Curriculum:
My course is an absolute great way to seek into medical field who wish to do so. If we graduate in this course, in future we can opt any medical related courses. No, but we often do experiments related to chemistry course. If was great such lab experiments.

The overall tuition fees for my program is 24000CAD for 2 years.

- It was the only one that had a data program with 2 year program.,
- My college experience was very enriching and rewarding. I learned not only the core concepts of my field, but also the skills and competencies needed to succeed in the job market. The professors were very knowledgeable and helpful.,
- The college administration was very efficient and responsive. I could easily contact any department, such as IT or academic affairs, and get prompt assistance.,
- I also enjoyed the diversity of the student body, which exposed me to different cultures and perspectives.
- Dislikes:
- The program I attended was not very helpful in terms of providing us with connections for job opportunities. I felt that they could have done more to support us in finding suitable employers.,
- Another issue I saw was the overcrowding of some Programs. It was difficult for some students to register for the courses, and sometimes they had to waitlist for a long time or take courses from other colleges. This is stressful and inconvenient, especially since students had to maintain a minimum of 9 credits per semester to keep their student status in Canada and work part-time.

There was very minimal industrial exposure. This is one of the main weakness of this program.

Overall, in INR it was around 26-27 lakh INR.

- The faculty members are supportive and are always ready to help. They have a defined structure of the course and believe more in practical concepts than theoretical. Every semester has group projects and even individual projects.
- Dislikes:
- I personally liked everything during my time. There are activities in every semester and deadlines are always tight which might be good for some and not for others. The classes could even end at 10 at night.

I would say it does meet the market demand. I was familiar with all the possibilities in the field.

- I had my mind to get in a well known college in Vancouver and Langara was the best option.

It’s quite interesting and informative you get to know about your courses even before studies get start.

- Initially, it becomes difficult for every student to cooperate with any institutions matters. But eventually one becomes familiar. Getting admission into my college is really fun as one experiences a lot of extracurricular activities, sometimes a far college student. Also get chair massages for free during exams, so as to ease the tension. We also get health and dental benefits.
Course Curriculum:
Since I study science, so according to me, our college focusses on recent researches . One can easily enter the field of medicine from our college.
I chose this university because it offers entrance to only those students with 85 percentile and above. Moreover, the marking criteria of this college is a very tough pants. It prepares the student for further competitive exams. There are many extracurricular activities a student can do.

Langara College accepts application for the PDDM in Web and Mobile App Design and Development program in the September, January, May intakes. The application deadlines for the 2024 academic session is mentioned below.
The last date of applying for admission to PGDM in Data Analytics is 23 August 2023.
Students seeking admission in the Associate of Science Degree in Computer Science program of Langara College must have completed Grade 12 or equivalent and must be 19 years or older. International students seeking admission must have a valid ELP test score.
