Sheridan College Engineering Programs
Few engineering degrees in Canada will give students the same level of hands-on experience with industry-standard advanced technology as Sheridan College. Their small class sizes mean students will have closer relationships with their professors and fellow students as they practice finding solutions for real-world problems in the industry and the community. They’ll start the degree by building a strong foundation of engineering knowledge and then specialize in either mechanical or electrical engineering, and choose to further concentrate their studies on energy or mechatronics.
Sheridan's labs are like no other in Ontario. Students get a degree that allows them to work with 3D printers, robotics, rapid prototyping, integrated energy systems including solar, wind, and geothermal energy, HVAC systems, water jet technology, advanced mechatronics system equipment and more.

I would say the college facilities and the tutors were great but the curriculum needs to accommodate new industrial standards. The placements in my course was poor and were repeating same things we studied in our 12th grade.

- Overall studying at Sheridan college is a good experience it has some good staff and facilities, it is enriched with good infrastructure and amenities for its students. Main thing is that they rely more on practical knowledge which is more helpful in actual working environment.
It has one of the most valuable environment to study and also focus more on education rather than considering fees. Also it has high probability of getting good campus placements. SOP, LOR should clearly indicate why you choose this college and course and also mention your future plans of coming back to India
I chose this college mainly because of the coop facilities and the campus and its diversity.
I choose this college because it is in Brampton and it is the closest to where I planned to live. The courses are easy and the diploma is easy to pass. The classes can be adjusted to 2 days a week and a 3-year work permit is also given after completing the diploma.
