Brown University Medical Sciences program offers a rigorous multifaceted curriculum, small class size and robust mentoring system, which allows students to receive individualized attention as they pursue their academic and career goals.
This program features a robust basic science curriculum, which includes all four of the basic science courses and organ system courses undertaken by first-year medical students at Warren Alpert Medical School. In addition, students will complete a unique seminar course series covering pressing issues in today's healthcare system, such as social determinants of disease, population health, interdisciplinary teamwork, quality improvement, and healthcare communication.
