Eligibility & Entry Requirement

Academic Eligibility:

  • All applicants must possess a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or other closely related fields, which may include:
    • Mathematics through one year of college calculus
    • Electrical Engineering undergraduate courses including Circuits, Electronics, Signals and Linear Systems, Logic Design
  • Transcript Evaluation: International applicants who have completed their postsecondary education from an institution outside the United States (U.S.) must hold a degree from a university recognized by the Ministry of Education as a degree-granting institution. Transcripts from an international institution must be translated and evaluated by a U.S. transcript evaluation service before the application is considered for admission. 
  • TOEFL/IELTS: All applicants must take the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) or the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) unless they received a high school diploma or a bachelor's degree in the United States. 
  • Undergraduate GPA of at least 3.0
  • Standardized Test Scores from the General Test of the Graduate Record Examination (GRE) or Miller Analogies Test (MAT).
