Duke University Natural Sciences Programs

Duke University’s Natural Sciences departments encompass the biological and physical sciences and the mathematical and computational sciences. A rich history of interdisciplinarity at Duke blurs what could be sharp boundaries between departments and schools: many of their natural scientists collaborate in research and teaching with colleagues from other departments in Trinity College, in Duke’s Pratt School of Engineering, the Nicholas School of the Environment, the Sanford School of Public Policy and the School of Medicine.
