Bethel University Needs Work in Community

O
5.7 /10

Bethel is a good school when it comes to the Nursing program and how it prepares us for our careers, but community is lacking in a major way when it comes to those that are not involved in athletics which makes the college experience not as good there. I chose it because they have a good nursing program and good connections with the hospitals in the twin cities.

Course Curriculum :

I think some of the classes I’ve had to take have been pointless and a waste of my time to be completely honest. But other ones have been helpful in preparing me to be a good nurse.

Exams :

My scores that I needed were just my ACT score which was 30 in 2023. I had perfects A’s and 4.0 GPA all throughout my highschool career in Wisconsin. Interview: No, I did not.

Placement :

Median salary for nurses out of Bethel is probably around $70,000 which so good, and it is fairly easy for Bethel nurses to get hired quickly in the area.

Internship :

Not yet, but I hope to get an internship next summer.

Fees :

$58000

Scholarship :

Yes, the Royal Merit Scholarship.

Faculty :

It’s around 1:30 with staff to student ratio which is decent.

Campus Life :

Besides athletics, Bethel is majorly lacking community and other extracurriculars.

Hostel :

Housing per year is about $6,500 and food is about $5,500.
