My experience at USC has been absolutely incredible. IELTS 8.5 TOEFL 117 ACT 36 LORs- 2 from school teachers (I wasnt allowed to read) Resume- did not have to submit but I chose to for some colleges Interview- I did for both Cambridge university and that was purely informational, tested my academic knowledge. I also had interviews for Stanford and UPenn which were personality based and relating to my common app application

Depending on the classes you take size can differ. The smaller classes I've taken are 20 people and the biggest can go up to 200-300 but even for those there are smaller discussions with TAs. The professors are extremely well versed and approachable- they even have office hours!
