My college experience has been amazing because of the staff and campus resources.
Course Curriculum :
The course syllabus is always updated every semester to show changes through the curriculum.
Exams :
No test scores (ACT or SAT) required to be admitted into the university of Utah. You need to have your ss number and background info such as where you went to school, awards received, volunteer experience, etc.
Placement :
The university accepts almost everyone. You’d have to have horrible grades not to get in. There is no smart unless you are working. We don’t bust any companies, they do campus tours though.
Internship :
Yes. They have a political internship that I have applied for. They have this internship abroad, dc, and here in salt lake.
Fees :
~$5,000 for in state regular tuition with no scholarships.
Scholarship :
Yes, the guarantee scholarship which is $8,000 per year for valedictorians of a high school.
Faculty :
It’s good, the staff are super helpful and friendly everywhere you go. Everyone’s always willing to help no matter what you need.
Campus Life :
There are so many clubs and activities for students to do. They have something for everyone no matter what your interested in.
Hostel :
There is an Asia campus and several study abroad programs. They just built a new student housing building and in their you can decide what accommodation fits you best.
