At Sandip University BCA curriculum is very outdated in study material or syllabus. all the technology they teach is old For example in the first sem of BCA they taught us coding on Turbo C instead of VS code. they do not teach us real-world applications of theory and practice. They need to teach practical industry based technology aur give industry based knowledge to students.

Main aspect of the curriculum is to learn through not just by theoretically but through hands-on-experience. The difficulty level of the exam is good. Areas for improvement in the curriculum should be that it should focus more on the main SUBJECTs.

I have an interest in computers and programming. Having good staff with higher knowledge and with good student ratio. We have term exams every 6 months with units in 2 months. It was less difficult to pass the examinations.
The faculty: student ratio was approx 1:50 depending on the course and intake. Most of the faculty was experienced and has Effective teaching-learning method to impose Knowledge in the students. The Term exams were at appropriate times and as there is min 80% attendance required to appear for the exams, Students are provided all the theory and practical training along with running notes as well as online notes and reference books from the university library to make it easy to study and remember the information due to the teaching methods indulged. So overall Passing an exam is really not a pressure or burden on students, rather it is a general ongoing process for students with the same frequency as the whole learning in the semester. Also, the university has CGPA marking system so 50% scoring depends on the written term exam and 50% scoring depends on the internal activities such as Continuous Internal Assessment tests, Assignments, Presentations and Reports.
Faculty members are so supportive and well qualified and experts in their field. All the faculty members having experience above 10 years. In a single course or class 65-70 students are there. There is two sem's every year and it is not too difficult to pass or to get good marks. The only thing that you have to think practically or try to attend lectures as more as possible.
The course curriculum in BCA is like we have 6 semester and the subjects are divided respectively. The faculty are from IITs and NITs and are the best at teaching. The reason I choose this course is because of growing demand in IT sector in our country and as well in other countries. The most of the faculties are doing PhD and most have done the PhD. The main thing is that the teachers are friendly with there students in class or in general activities. The exam system is divided like - CIA 1, CIA 2, CIA3A and CIA 3B, 1st semester and 2nd semester. Every exam is ease for those who study hard and smart but the exam is difficult for those who didn't study. So the difficulty level of exam is quite moderate.
the fees is very low as compare to the another college which provide the same course.the fees you can pay in Installlments .the fees is very amazing. The only thing the fees contain 10000 rs exam feees i do not thing this is right this not good the exam is very costly
The fees structure for BCA first year is 48,000 per year and the hostel fees are 90,000 per year including breakfast, lunch, snack's, dinner, etc. The scholarship is provided for a student who has scored a good percentage in class 12th. The students who have more than 90% would get a 100% scholarship.
Our fees structure is basically 32000 for one year. Students have facility to paid the fees in two stages. As per two semester the student will clear the due fees. As well as we have facility to pay the fees by cheque, by DD , by card or online transaction. It is feasible for students.
