I wanted to study about working Mechanism of different machines and also want to work in railways, so I chose Mechanical Engineering. The faculties and student ratio is good. But there is no proper communication between faculty and students. Some faculties left the college in the middle of the semester.
I chose this course of my family business background. Factuly to student ratio would be 1:10 All faculties were holding pretty higher degrees and were able to teach at the very thorough level. Timely exams were in once in 2.5 months and it was easy to pass the exams.
Because it had great opportunity in future faculty of this branch is Ph.D in this area.
Overall the course was up-to-date with the modern technologies to cope up with the modern industries. We were taken on industrial tours twice in the first semester itself. The faculties are overall good I don't want to take any names but there are quiet a few brilliant minds in there!
My fee for the course of mechanical engineering is around 50, 000 per sem. The college accepts fees with every possible mode of payment like cash, cheque, credit or debit card, demand drafts and internet banking for the ease of students and their parents. Their are no other extra fees other than the one demanded at the beginning of every semester for which a receipt is mailed a few days after payment which contains a detailed breakdown of the fees demanded.
Fess structure is feasible here as compared to many othe private universities which have too high fees structure. Our fees is 45000 per semester. That means it becomes 90000 per year. Which is really feasible as compared to many other private universities which take around 2-2. 5 lakh per year.
Fees seems quite high, annual fees shall be paid in two installments each at the start of semester. Institute shows only tuition fees in their manual, but along with tuition fees, Examination Fees, Library fees, personal development fees etc other fees were taken, which costs around 8-10K extra on tuition fees.
Fees were quite high. In my batch Tution fee was more than 55K per annum and increasing every year. Along with this, some other parts also includes more than 7-8K per annum. So, as far as fees is concerned, It was one of the expensive college.
It is some what expensive, the fess structure is expensive if you are poor as it is having high cost of fess, they give scholar ship for student and some get good scholarship so fees structure is not expensive
Well gou can get loan if you want and also the fees is some what high as they provide good knowledge, but if you get good marks then you can get your self a good discount where you have to pau m luch less fess, also you can opt for student loan if you want as its a good option
