- Large group teaching, such as lectures each week
- A strong emphasis is placed on the project module in the final semester and therefore the total teaching contact hours may be reduced.
- This course currently benefits from accreditation by the Chartered Banker Institute (CBI) until April 2022, the UK’s largest professional body for bankers.
- This course is part of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Institute’s University Affiliation Program, recognizing that the course curriculum is closely tied to the practice of investment management and is helpful to students preparing for the CFA Program exams.
- In the final semester, students will also study a module developed in partnership with the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), focused on consultancy, which can lead to a professional qualification upon successful completion.
- Upon successful completion of the course, students will be able to opt-in to an accelerated route to Associate Chartered Banker and Chartered Banker status, subject to passing CBI modules.

Eligibility & Entry Requirement
Academic Eligibility:
- Students must hold good honours degree 2.2 or above in a relevant academic discipline.
- Applications from students with relevant experience are eligible to apply and will be considered on an individual basis.
Indian Student Eligibility:
Indian students are eligible to apply if they complete one of the following eligibility criteria:
- Completed a 4-year bachelor's degree with first-class in a relevant field from a recognized institution.
- Or, completed a B.Sc/B.Com/B.A (3-4 year) degree from well-ranked institutions with an overall grade of 70%.
Along with the minimum eligibility requirements, international students hailing from non-English speaking countries need to prove English proficiency through IELTS/TOEFL/PTE or any equivalent test to get admission to this program.
