Very Good place to get educated, enjoyed, enriched, enlightened, and explore. The best atmosphere where you can interact with all other health science streams and make a bonding do collaborative research with them. But nowadays I feel college and staff were pressuring more for the publication from students
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is framed by PCI which is the same all over India. Teaching Methodologies are good here. The exam structure is like 5 ten Mark questions and 5 five mark questions. The remaining 25 marks will be the internal assessment based on class interaction, sessional exams, surprise test assignments, and seminars.
Placement Experience :
Best Placement you can get ever in any pharmacy school in India. strong Alumni support makes their placement far better than any other institution in India. No internship is provided in college. Students can go out to any pharmaceutical industry for an internship by getting approval from both the college and the industry and my friends were earning up to 22k as a stipend during their internship period
Fee Structure And Facilities :
Fees are a bit on the higher side but it's worth it if you make it useful by exploring and enhancing and enlightening your knowledge with the resources and teachers available here. The best library you can get. It's a sea and the entry ticket is your expensive fee. once you get in it's up to you how much you drink from that sea. The more you drink more you feel the fees are worth
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I don't know about this since I haven't availed and I don't think any of batch mates availed scholarship from the college. Everyone is self-financed it got a loan from their banks and scholarship is provided by AICTE for GPAT qualified Candidates
Campus Life :
Manipal is a culture. Best indoor stadium Marena, best labs with latest instruments in every department for the benefit of students. The college encourages students in the extracurricular activities especially cultural and sports
Hostel Facilities :
Yes, Hostels are very good caretakers and wardens are good and feel like home, hostels. The infrastructure is decent. Safe, enjoyable place many hostels are there namely CV Raman, Tagore, Charaka, Nehru, Amartyasen, Chandrasekar, BQ, Sharada, Indira, etc
Alumni/Alumna :
Alumni are one of the pillars of the MCOPS. Because of the Alumni relations, MCOPS easily places its students in the top companies. yes really they are very helpful many alumni came for giving special lectures every month
Admission :
Look for the dates on the official University website. Apply for the course Choose the slot for the entrance exam ( date time and place), Prepare for the exam, Write the exam, Check your rank in the merit list, Attend the Counselling on the campus, Choose the best specialization for you during the time of counseling.
Faculty :
In nowhere everyone will be the best likewise MCOPS isn't an exception but most of the teachers here are excellent. Interaction between the teacher and students is very easy, very friendly supportive, and guiding teachers for the student benefits
