Remarks :

In some cases this college is very good in some cases it is worst and in some cases it is better and in an overall view this college is above average for mining engineering this college is best in olden days but now it is searching for it's memories and no faculty is present in right way and infrastructure is poor and academic standard is ok

Course Curriculum Overview :

Courses offered are computer science engineering electrical engineering electrical and communication engineering information technology mining engineering are offered here in which mining is something special because it is most renowed for mining engineering and is also one of the oldest mining engineering college in India and is popularly known exam pattern here is semester system

Placement Experience :

Previously placements are only for mining branch but now placements are there for all the branches in campus or off campus recruitments and most of them are being placed in top MNC companies like TCS INFOSYS VEDANTA RAMCO INDIA CEMENTS GAINWELL and many others

College Events :

The events celebrated in the college are first starting with fresher's and then some technical events or seminars based on needy and all national events like Independence day and others are celebrated and ending the academic year with a farewell party

Fee Structure And Facilities :

As this is government college fee structure will be feasible and not expensive for electrical engineering computer science engineering and for mining engineering tuition fee is 10000 which are regular courses and other branches are self financed courses for which tuition fee is 35000 and this amount will be paid by government of Telangana if the student is eligible for scholarship

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Yes scholarship is available here based on the type of scholarship in epass and this scholarship is provided by Telangana state government through epass and mess scholarship is also provided for BC SC ST caste people and only tuition fee is only paid for other caste people and there are no loan facilities offered in this college

Campus Life :

Extra curricular activities in this college are there is a vast ground in which we can play volleyball throw ball cricket and indoor games complex which needs renovation because of damage by natural calamity in which we can play shuttle badminton and sports competition are held during Independence day and republic day and other times and labs are also provided for all branches except for mining engineering

Hostel Facilities :

I have not opted for hostel but knows about the hostel infrastructure hostel is old one and new one is being constructed and mess will be good to have lunch and dinner and rooms are not so clumsy and as hostel is in college premises and nearby ground and games complex and the hostel is surrounded with greenery

External Expense : Rs.2000 - Rs.4000

Alumni/Alumna :

There is a huge alumni network especially for mining branch and recently all combined mining alumni has been registered and there is a huge alumni who can register and most of them are well setteled and can help the college when ever necessary

Admission :

I got admission for btech mining engineering in this college by appearing an entrance examination conducted by Telangana state higher education department i.e eamcet examination and after getting rank I attended for counselling and finally I achieved the seat in this college

Faculty :

Faculty of the college doesn't meet the needy but the contract faculty and part time lecturers and guest lecturers comes to deliver guest lectures and classes to all the branches all the branches are in shortage of permanent faculty especially mining engineering has only one permanent faculty

We are eligible for the campus placements for fourth year starting and the placements will be in high and package are too good. The college holds a record of getting highest placed students in the state. Coming to highest package is 930000 and average is 600000-700000.The top companies like Google, Microsoft, Deloitte, TCS is offering highest package and giving placements. The students should maintain around 70% in academics to get a good placement. My plans to get placed in good company and Explore myself.

Admission:

The college accepts admission only via TS EAMCET. I applied for the entrance examination after completing my 12th standard exams. Once the results of the entrance exams are out, via counselling I got admission in the college.

Placement Experience:

The college has a placement cell and a placement officer that takes care of all the placement activities. The college also gives training related to appearing for interviews, group discussion etc for students to perform well.
