Remarks :
Over all college will be good if some more infrastructure is developed and some more good faculties are introduced . This will also be considered as good college if some more facilites are provided in college like good canteen facilites , wifi facilites , more smart class facilites etc.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Cource curriculum is good as well as vast but it gives six months to cover all the syllabus for a semester . There are total 8 semesters and in each semester there will be 3 class test out of which best marks will be added in class test marks of internal . There is a internal exam of 20 marks reduced on a scale of 10 and one external examination for each subject . 10 marks exrta is given on the basis of teacher's assignment and attendence. and 10 marks (5+5)i s given on the basis of practical and viva . Total 100 marks of each subject is there.
Placement Experience :
Placements and job opportunites are not so good .But some companies come and provide job with low packages (2-3 lakh per annum). Internship and extra cources are provided by the college but cources faculties are not so good.
College Events :
There is no celebration of events and function but sometimes placement and traning department provide some lectures of good speaker which may be called as event . once a event was happned on the topic of Startup and innovations . General functions like independence day , sarsawati puja , repulic day are celebrated .
Fee Structure And Facilities :
fee structure is not so heavy . It is feasible as compared to other engineering colleges . It takes 25000 INR . per semester excluding Hostel fee and mess fee . Examination fee is extra which is 2250 INR per semester.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Scholarship is given by college on the basis on annual income of parents. For SC and ST category annual income should be less than 2 lakh per annum and For OBC and genral category annual income should be less than 1 lakh to get scholarship .
Campus Life :
Lab and practicals are good and experiments are done in good and carefull manner . Lab records are checked properly and regurlary . Exrta activities are done in some interval of time . overall exrta activity is done once or twice per month . Sports facilites is not provided by the college . Though there is play ground field and courts for matches . sports is not up to the mark.
Hostel Facilities :
There is no facility of Boys hostel . Though there is only a girl's hostel but most of girls live outside in the town. Infrastucture of Hostel is not as good as provided in town . There is no mess facilities in hostel . There is private hostels near college but that hostels doesn't belongs to college . There is no mess facilities in eithier girl's hostel or boy's hostel. Most of students cook by own or join private messes.
Alumni/Alumna :
Alumni network is good and senior students are helpful . Though there are some seniors who are not helpul and try to create some blunder everytime.But overall seniors are good . All seniors juniors stays in same hostel and help each other.
Admission :
Through Jharkhand combined entrance examination for btech. Now it will take admission on the basis of jee main score and rank. 10 th and 12th original result is requried on councling . Domicle of Jharkhand is requrided . Residence proof is also requried . caste certificate is also requried if taking admission through category . Income certificate is also required if applying for TFW.
Faculty :
some faculties are good but most of faculties are not up to the mark. Those faculties who are good, complete their syllabus on time . guide students . take classes on time everyday . Gives assignments and projects . But some faculties are not much responsible and failed to complete their syllabus.
