Remarks :

The college is really good in shaping students as an individual and preparing them for the outside competitive world. It helps bring out hidden talents of students and encourages students of different background to gel-in and interact with each other.

Course Curriculum Overview :

its really good and is tailored to students needs and wants. The subjects are neatly layered across the semesters. It consists of revised syllabus according to the bangalore university and is made simple for easier understanding of the students.

Internships Opportunities :

Yes, the computer department has a tie up with TCS and allows final year students of undergraduate and postgraduate to intern. Im not sure of other departments as im familiar to my department (computer).

Placement Experience :

They are really good and college offers placements in good companies such as Infosys, Wipro, Deloite,etc. The place cell is very supportive and is ready to help when required. Students have greater chances to be recruited by companies from college placements.

College Events :

The college is never academic oriented itself and always encourages to participate in extra curricular activities and various other cultural events. The college hosts a number of intra college fests and hosts one of the biggest inter college fest "Pratiba" in the city.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure is feasible for most courses and is charged according to the curriculum offered by each course. The professional courses such BCA, BVOC ,etc are on the expensive end and might not be easy going on the pockets of the majority.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

College offer a number of scholarships for the betterment of students. The college offers fee scholarship worth 20,000 and plus for the students belonging to minorities, to aid they academic fees. The college asshole provides mid-day meals for those who are really in need of this facility and can be benefitted by it.

Campus Life :

The labs are maintained really well ,thanks to dedicated work provided by the lab attenders and staff. The labs are equipped with the latest apparatus,computers and so on. Sports is given equal importance and the college provides access to gym, basket ball court, badminton court, table tennis and so on. The college competes in various inter college sports fests and encourages students to actively take part in sports.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel is well maintained and is part of the main campus itself. What's needed for a good hostel? Well food and good infrastructure need not be a factor to be worried upon. The college provides really good food with the menu differring several times a week to keep those taste content n happy.

External Expense : Rs.10000 - Rs.15000

Alumni/Alumna :

The Alumni network is well connected,thanks to social media. The alumni have groups on whatsapp, pages on facebook through which they interact. They are updated constantly regarding the college events and other meet and greets that held periodically.

Exam Structure :

The college exam is structured in such away that it is evenly lasted out between its practical and theory papers. Students are given adequate study holidays to prepare for the exams. The exams consists of a mid-term paper and an end semester paper.

Admission :

i got admission to this institution by applying online and taking an entrance exam after filling the form. On successful completion of the entrance,the names of the selected candidates are put up on the website for an interview on particular dates that are allotted. Once the interview is done n the required documents are verified, we can get admitted to the college.

Faculty :

The faculty could be seen as one of the best given their commitment to their responsibilities and duties. The faculty makes sure every student understands the concepts that are taught in class and also make efforts to be available outside class in case of any clarification of a particular concept. They are very encouraging and maintain a friendly atmosphere among the students.

Honest journey about ssmrv

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is good has it covers almost all present trending languages but the only issue was we didn't have python in our syllabus which is on trend hence it was quite disappointing and other than that every single subject or topic thought in BCA is very helpful and useful for placement only thing is we hav to focus properly and practice more coding. The only difficulty related to exam was there was short period for studying back to back exams were there no time to read properly lab exams will be conducted after that 3-4 days final exam will be commenced which was bit stressful and no proper previous question paper from University side which was very difficult to study.

Best college for BCA degree in Bangalore

Placement Experience:

From 5th-semester placement opportunities starts , but they will start the training from 4th semester itseems.We will be having companies like Wipro, ICICI Bank, basically most of the IT sector companies. I think almost 75% to 90% use to get placed in campus placement. Rest they might be trying for higher studies. Admission:

I love coding that's why I choose bca.and there is very good placement in gardencity University. On the basis of interview i got the admission. I have the interview on 22 March and I got admission on 1 July. Admission process is so easy. Anyone can pass the admission procedure if you have passion.
