Remarks :
the college's campus is not much big. that's the only drawback. otherwise the college is good and care is taken of all it's students.
Course Curriculum Overview :
the course curriculum is quite good and various teaching aids are used for effective learning. at times the syllabus got a little rushed. but otherwise it is good. the way all the assignments and internal assessments are, is really nice and convenient to students. the assignments are very interesting and help gain exposure.
Internships Opportunities :
no the college doesn't provide internship for M.A psychology as of now. but other fields/ streams have been having this advantage. especially science and engineering.
Placement Experience :
every year the college arranges education fairs and campus recruitment. many students get a wonderful opportunity and scope and chances of working in various companies.
College Events :
various programs & events constantly keep taking place in the college. it is difficult to list them all. some of them are: sports events like inter collegiate competitions, days, vyapar mela, gathering, various workshops, graduation ceremony, etc.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
feasible. lots of scholarships are applicable. the college even provides learn and earn program, even paying fees in installments is applicable to certain people.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I don't know much about this.
Campus Life :
they are really amazing. lots of sport events keep taking pace throughout the year. the training provided for the same is very well. various kinds of workshops are arranged and fees too for this is very low and can be afforded my all. overall the extracurricular stuff is really nice.
Hostel Facilities :
the hostel is quite good and strict rules are followed. the food is ok. it is clean and tidy. the place is moderate size. the rooms are good and comfortable.
Alumni/Alumna :
very helpful. if you ask for anything any guidance, help or experience they are happy to give.
Exam Structure :
for M.A the semester pattern is followed. hence each semester has 2 tutorial exams for per subject. it is of 30 marks total i.e. 1 tutorial 15 marks. the final exam is university exam. the important points from the chapters are asked for the exam in order t help the students understand better.
Admission :
for M.A , 1st we had to fill a merit list form. then after 1-2 weeks, merit list was put up. everyone was called to the college's assembly hall for the procedure as if someone doesn't come, the next person in the list would get the admission. after this, after a few days 2nd merit list was put up and then the 3rd. once your name was in the merit list, an offer letter was given which was to be submitted in the office. you had to fill an online form on the site the college provided. pay the fees online through NEFT and then submit the receipt in the office and xerox in the department.
Faculty :
the faculty is kind and helping. office staff is very helpful. the teachers are approachable and understanding. many times they even are ready to adjust and compromise according to students convenience. the teachers feel more friendly.
