Course Curriculum Overview :

BSc(computer science) is a degree program pursued by those students who have passed 10+2 with PCM. This course has a total duration of 3 years further divided into 6 semesters having one semester of 6 months. Every semester there is an end semester exam.

Placement Experience :

Our college has a presence of CGP(Career Guidance and Placement) cell which has placement officer, placement coordinator and assistant coordinator. They organize various On and Off campus interviews with many MNCs, Banks, BPOs, and Educational Institutions.

College Events :

E-Week celebration, Independence Day celebration, Republic Day celebration, Swachchhata Divas celebration, College annual day celebration, Freshers Day celebration and many more events and competitions are organized.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fee structure is a little higher as compared to other colleges in this area. The total fee structure of the course is around the 48.5K rupees for the whole course in which around 17K is to be paid in the first year.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Every year college provides freeships/scholarships from the state and central government, scholarships from the institute funds, scholarship from private bodies and students can avail of these scholarships.

Campus Life :

Alumni meet is conducted at regular intervals. The Past Students Association was named as CAPSA (Cauvery Past Students Association). CAPSAhelps students in a big way extending assistance to the poor and the needy.

Admission :

The application form can be obtained by visiting the college or by the post and it has to be sent within 10 days of publication of higher secondary result by the Tamilnadu Board of higher secondary so I filled the application form and after filling it correctly I sent it to the principal of the college and then I was called for the interview and got selected in the interview.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for campus placements from 5th sem for my course and since i done Bachelor's very less companies were gave an entry like Sutherland ,Movate, Wipro etc and there will be placement percentage of upto 85% if used correctly and i myself personally didn't attend placements since i had ideas for Masters and in the same college

Live Love Like MCC

Placement Experience:

The students are eligible for the campus interview from the completion of 5th semester which is, they are eligible to take campus interview after successful completion of half of their 3rd year of the course and they will be generally held in the month of November and December. Every year various companies have been selecting students from MCC such as Deloitte, Cognizant, Infosys, HCL, etc. Each year around 40 to 50 students will be placed out of 80 students of that current batch. The students of MCC has been getting quite higher packages when compared to other colleges. Students from MCC has been getting a package around 8.5 lakh per annum which is a quite higher package as the other students will have to have a 3year of experience to attain this package. Around 60 - 70% of students getting placed every year. I have being palnned to do masters in the same college.

Entrance Preview:

I got admission based on my 12th standard only.I didn't take any entrance examinations. I got selected for admission based on the marks.

Admission:

I got a merit seat admission in my college. For that also, I got admission form from college and filled it and return to the management on next day. They called me another day with the enclosure of all previous year academic certificates. Then finally I gave, after that personal interview along with my parents also conducted by the management.
