Remarks :
Good faculty but placement. Remote location of college. Better labs and library for the students. Transportation is bigger problem in this area. Limited shops near to campus. No College bus for day scholars.
Course Curriculum Overview :
This College has better curriculum than other colleges mainly focus on theoretical concepts as well as practical. Has 2 semester in every year and grading system for marks. Department related activity will be perform every year.
Internships Opportunities :
No, as internship program has to be performed at end of every 2 semester. These internship companies has to identified by ourselves only. College do not provides companies for intership and almost every internship is non-stipendary type.
Placement Experience :
Placement are almost 100% for IT sector but very poor for core branches that is almost zero for them. Even not single firm visited during 2012 to 2016 for civil engineering students. And if placement for core students then they will be placed in IT sector only.
College Events :
Cultural events like Raga-Rocks, technical festival like Technodian in every year during january period. Technical events like Town planning, Bob the builder, paper presentation, treasure hunt, bridge construction, tender filling.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
It is not feasible nor expensive. One year fees for graduation will be around 70000 for general category students and hostel and mess fees will be around 30 to 40 thousand per year. Extra university exam fees has to be paid at every semester.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Scholarship is provided by as per government rules for reserved category and economically backward classes. There will be loan facility for studends as per banks norms. Around 50% fees has benefited to OBC category.
Campus Life :
Labs are well equipped and almost every sport has been playes here right from cricket to carrom. Labs has almost every machine for testing. Cricket is popular sport during my tenure. Basketball and chess followed by it.
Hostel Facilities :
It is average infrastructure and facility for the campus. Whole campus is enabled with wifi facility and it is equipped with gym and several seminaar halls. College has good play ground. Most important thing is that it has huge library.
Alumni/Alumna :
No there is no such thing in this College. Getting placed during college period is biggest achievement. During my tenure only one year we had alumni meet which has no effect on our placement. If you have get place in good company them it will be done by your own.
Exam Structure :
There will be 2 sectional exams in every semester and one internal and external practical examination at end of semester. University will conduct winter exams for odd semester and summer exam for Even semester.
Admission :
This College gives the admission on basis of MHT-CET and AIEEE at the time of 2012. First to do registration for CET EXAM then after disclosure of merit list have to fill college choices with preferences and after allotment of college just submit the documents and fees.
Faculty :
Faculty is very experienced and helpful. Has deep knowledge of every subject and practical labs are well equipped. Almost every subject teacher has PHD in respective subjects and almost every testing equipment is available at lab.
