Remarks :
None negative.everything is positive about this college. Sports, studies,placements and everything. is good.the bus facilities, teaching faculty,labs, neat and clean tidy college. Spacious classrooms and vast open area.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I've chosen computer science as my course because I like programming. From the first year to the final year , the faculty teaching the core subjects are really good and they can solve any kind of doubts we get in the subjects.
Internships Opportunities :
Sphoorthy engineering college does provide internship and acquainted with internshala and stumagz. Those both are the platforms for any internship opportunities. The companies providing internships are some with stipend and some without stipend.
Placement Experience :
Job opportunities were really good and most of them get placed through this college. Recently cognizant (CTS) has come for the on campus placements. Total of 5 -10 students placed in TCS company 10 students were placed in wipro. Everyone 2019 passouts.
College Events :
Every year there will be department fests for each department. We will celebrate teachers day and on that day with every faculty we will play some games and enjoy to the most. During jan of every year we organise sports fest every year.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
Fee is not so expensive. During my batch the fee was 35 thousand for merit students and 60 thousand for management students. After that it was increased twice now. When compared to other colleges my college fee structure is feasible and a common man can bear this.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
As I was joined in management quota I will not get any scholarship. But the merit students get scholarships every year as they won't take any college fee from them. There will be a free of cost college for the merit students.
Campus Life :
I'm a basketball player and I'm playing since 2015 for the college team. The facilities for sports playing students by the college is good and provides transport for any tournament we play. They provide coaching for sports also. The physical directors in our college is very friendly and strict when coming to the practice.
Hostel Facilities :
5/5. For hostel. the hostel will be provided only for the girls but not for boys. So they ofcourse maintain the hostel very neat and tidy. The incharges for hostel will look after the girls and they are really strict.
Alumni/Alumna :
Alumni is good and very helpful in many ways. Even helping in knowing about the higher studies, helping in projects, taking us to the workshops, conducting and providing opportunities for our ideas and growth of the college.
Exam Structure :
Our college is affiliated to JNTU.so the question paper will be set by the JNTU HYDERABAD. There will be two sections for each paper. One is short and another is long answer questions. The 10 short answer questions is 25 marks and 5 long questions is 50 marks. Total 75 marks.
Admission :
I've written the common entrance test -- EAMCET and through 1st round of counseling i did not choose this college. After that in second counseling I've opted this college and changed to some other college.but atlast I've liked this college and went for management quota.
Faculty :
the faculty teaching the core subjects are really good and they can solve any kind of doubts we get in the subjects. Every faculty are really friendly and helpful. They deliver the best subject to everyone equally.
