Likes

I liked the NCC of this college very much
And I also liked the ground of this college

Dislikes

There is no proper sports teacher in this college who can train people properly

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course being taught here is really informative in nature and the relevancy of the subjects are up to date. The overall structure of the teaching institution is really accountable and responsive. It would've been better if we were taught skills like the skill of operating pr creating AI models which are the most relevant amount of technology in the world right now.

Class Size : 96Course Fees : INR 15070 per year

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

I may have had to pay less fees because I belonged to the OBC category and apart from this I did not know anything else I think the fees of all my friends will be the same but still I am not able to confirm

Campus Life :

In the college here, festivals are celebrated in a good manner so that there is no crowd among the people and it is celebrated in a good manner which is a great thing about this college and then one should remain disciplined

Admission :

I have taken this college for NCC because the NCC here is good and it teaches discipline in good discipline and we also play good sports which keep people excited all day long. Andpeople remain active the whole day

Faculty :

I really liked the way seniors work in this college because they helped their juniors and also boosted their morale The festival here is great and so are the communities, in which people can participate

Interview Experience :

First of all you have to fill up the CUET form so that we can sit in the exam and also give other exams, in CUET exam all the questions come on the basis of 12th class so that you can prepare for your 12th class can you do it with the book

Night Life :

Nothing like this happens much in my college about which I do not know anything and more in my college everyone leaves by 5:00 pm, so till now I do not know anything like this about not staying late night

Maitreyi College is Underrated, A VERY NICE EXPERIENCE

Course Curriculum Overview:

Coming to english hons I had a little different expectations and this turned out to be a little different, This course is too much till where I have studied is inclined towards literature which sometimes students do not like. There are many subjects inside the core, but subjects like literary studies caught lot of attention due to it's attractiveness and different perspectives. Sometimes things go a lot off syllabus which disrupts mindful learning but thankgod it's just 30-40% of it.

The course curriculum is not updated . Teachers uses old method of teaching on pen and paper. Like in statistics now various tools are available in market and instead of making us learn those tools teachers are teaching the most basic things on pen and paper.But the course is very demanding nowadays.

Good and bad's of my college

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course is basically design to study economics in a depth so that the understanding of student related to world economic, how economics work , how it affect an individual etc increase and he can work more efficiently to give theories and work in the companies related to economics. The curriculum includes value added course and skill enhanced courses that help us to learn different types of skills that are required in the real world applications. Improvement in these can be done by asking the student to apply all these into real life and connect students with the real life approaches related to the course. For core subjects the timing of paper is 3 hours and for sec and vac courses the timing of paper is 1 hour.

Life as a student in DU

Course Curriculum Overview:

1) i had interest in history from my class 11th. I wanted to further increase my knowledge ane thus accepted my course 2) the course not only prepares u to give exams but actualy leads u to study many papers, books that expands your understanding of the course and also real life challneges where u have to apply it. It also prepares you for further academic pursuits 3) they can opt for more practical learning apart from classroom learning, they can make field trips and let student know about research also 4) the end exams start after 4-5 months of sem start. U are given well enough time to prepare gradually. The assignments, test can make it hectic but if u complete the given work in time, u can prepare well enough for the exams and do well.
