Course Curriculum Overview :
As many of the degree colleges don't have BSc. Genetics course it is really helpful for those who want to pursue courses like genetics, biotechnology and so on. The syllabus and exams timings are convenient for the students.
Internships Opportunities :
We got the internships offered by individual departments. In the final year every department will propose a project or internship as it is the core course in final semester. Extra projects for ALP credits are also available by individual departments.
Placement Experience :
College has a placement cell. Final year students can register for placements through placement cell. Placements are numerous with a good package for B.com and BBA courses. However it was a bit difficult for life science students. We only got few placements for life sciences.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Per year I paid 37000 for BSc. GCZ (Genetics, Zoology, Chemistry) combination excluding exam fee and any other. Exam fees will be charged per every semester. However, it may have got increased now. As I graduated this year I have no idea.
Campus Life :
The College campus and infrastructure is quite good and peaceful. Library has a good collection of books covering all the subjects. There are clubs like science club, maths club, books club and so on. Students will also have extracurricular classes like dancing, painting, ncc and so on weakly once.
Admission :
I wanted to study BSc. Genetics and couldn't find that course in many of the colleges in Hyderabad. I only found a few number of colleges with that course so as the College rating is good I decided to join this college as it had the course I needed.
Faculty :
Faculties are good and understanding. However there are some exceptions but most of them are good at teaching. We will have three internals and one end semester exam for every semester. The difficulty level varies depending upon the subject and syllabus.
