Course Curriculum Overview :

I always loved biology so persuing medical science has always been my dream come true..The CBME curriculum involves all essentials to prepare us for the exams Also the faculties bere follow the curriculum properly.. The patient input in our hospital is very high and our postings to the department will help us face real life challenges .I agree Ppt teaching holds good due to developed technologies but along with that it would be better if all of thek gave enough time to a particular topic and used chalk bcoz we have been used to chalk and board teaching from our childhood and it's easier to take notes and to remember

Fees and Financial Aid :

Yearwise payment 1st yr : 70,000 2nd yr : 53,850 Tution fees: 50,000 Caution fees : 10,000 Lab :250 LIB: 750 Magazine :100 ME: 75 Student association fee : 500 Sports : 250 Scholarships: SSP,FSP,NSP.. Depending on the family annual income we can avail these scholarships which provide around 50000 each..

Campus Life :

Our college hosts two fests and Kannada Habba every year..Kannada Habba is usually hosted between May- July..The two fests are Chrysalis and Cobalt skies..chrysalis is the interbatch competition held between the batches of our own college..It includes sports and other indoor matches.. Cobalt skies is the south indian 's biggest fest which is an intercollege fest ..Held during October .. Various cultural and sports conception..Medical conference called as Panacea is held too..Our college runs many student clubs for Mental health called Manasa,Cerebrosis and other scientific research clubs ..Also library has ample of books available for students to study and gain knowledge and also for research purposes

Hostel Facilities :

I live in the hostel ..it's very close to the college and hospital ..Its also close to the transport facilities like bus stand and metro station which becomes very helpful to travel around safely ..The hostel rent fees per year is 2000 ..and mess bill every month includes 2500 Food quality is pretty good and quantity is also good .

Admission :

I had preferred three colleges ,BMCRI,KMCRI and MMCRI.. BMCRI was my first preference where I got selected luckily..I am very happy about getting admission into this college because of ample of benefits we get due to the large patient input and lab facilities here ..I could get this college by clearing NEET UG with a rank of 4789 All over India..

Faculty :

The faculty to student ratio is less as there are many students studying here..Faculties are definitely approachable I like Physiology and Pharmacology faculties because they put in alot of efforts as compared to other departments inorder to teach us important topics by conducting SGDs and SDLs strictly ..Till date I don't find myself a faculty which I dont like at all ..Here they conduct three internals before the finals ..and also conduct many tests..they also conduct remedial tests for those who couldn't cope up for the minimum percentage of the internals average..this is very very helpful
