Course Curriculum Overview :

The course was good all subjects were well taught and well explained all things were explained well. All computer bazed subjects were well explained bith therutically and practically. Even public speaking and english speaking was there

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 180000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid :

The fees i paid was 4 lakh per annum approx... there were different students with different Back grounds some paid less fees as they came through scholarship or by SRMjee or by sports quota. Financial aid was provided for poor ones i guess plus there was management quota as well plus hostel fees were different bus fees was different everything all in all was different. Mess food was terribly bad though the canteen food called java had still some good food basic food items were good like maggi roll subway etc..... Coming to the hostel fees they were different as well triple sharing and double sharing were the options also non ac and ac rooms options as well attach bathroom option and non attach bathroom option as well. Hostel fees on average be considered as 75k to 100k annually. For Ac rooms even more. Plus the money taken during the fests and events are different though worth it sometime sometime not. Still good overall considering all in all its value for money for sure.

Campus Life :

Campus life was great and with all different friends from different places different ethnicities making it a fun place to study and enjoy together. Sharing yhings and helping each other out also playing together.

Admission :

The college ranks top in private engineering colleges and has a huge campus with good placements plus the location is cozy and warm and also i did well in their entrance exam too. Plus the vibe was friendly

Faculty :

Favulty was good in concept explaining and teaching but they were baised as well towards local students as well. Practical knowledge was less focused upon than the theories still they were able to explain.

this is where they lie the most , they claim to have placement records of 97% but in reality its just 10%. because of huge student crowd , placing everyone is one big task. the company that comes here for hiring are mostly startups and some lesser known company . branches like mechanical and EEE have it even more difficult time to get placement.the highest package of over college is of 16 lakhs .

In 2023, over 900 companies participated across VIT campuses, making more than 12,000 offers. The highest package offered was ?1.02 crore per annum by a global recruiter, while the average package for core placements ranged between ?6-7 LPA, with Super Dream offers exceeding ?25 LPA and Dream offers ranging from ?10-15 LPA.
