  • The hostels compared to number of students are less

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course within the subjects and the subjects of each professional year are completely relevant to the degree and the profession one foresees to have. MBBS being already a lot of hard work and study type degree has tried to concise the knowledge and make it relevant to the degree.

Fees and Financial Aid :

The fees of my college per year is 1,14,850 rupee... Out of which 12000 is the chatge for hostel per year and tution fees rupee 1,00,000 , library fees 1000 rupees and miscellaneous fees -1850 rupees. Category scholarship receiving candidates of ST/SC/ OBC with necessary documents receive a scholarship of 1,00,000 rupee per year. In my college one can avail Post metric scholarship for OBC/ST/SC caste and Mukhyamantri medhavi chhatra yojna if qualifies the criteria as required.

Campus Life :

The campus is life is happening and joyful , although mbbs being a degree which requires a lot of study hours to ace your exams you can't have only fun throughout the year ... Still festivals are celebrated with joy , fests are orgabised annually , spirts conpetition are also held and the hostel happenings are a fun in itself with your batchmates.

Admission :

On the basis of merit and my preference chouces i was laloted this college in NEET- UG counselling and i chose it because of it's good connectivity to big cities like indore and khargone and lesser distant from my hometown. The admission process is simple and requires your 10th and 12th marksheet and NEET- UG counselling allotment letter and other identity proofs. Fee payments can be made easily through Net banking / cash/ UPI.

Faculty :

The faculties are qualified doctors and specialists with a lot of knowledge to disperse among students ... Open to any kind of questions and querries . The hospital staff is also supportive and helping . Exams occur in a pattern of 3 internals , out of which two are sessional exams conducted every 3 months , and one is Pre university exams , similar to pre board of 10th and 12th class ... Then after one month of pre university , the university exam is conducted and the results are announced within 2-3 months .There are no negative markings and the markings are strict so as to improve the preparation and knowledge of students , seeing the senstivity of the job and profession students are going to have ij future.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This curriculum is one the few best developed ones which provides real time problem solving at an actual working facility. The medical college is a part of a tertiary care government hospital to provide , train and allow students to apply the knowledge acquired to utilise to treat the patient under the supervision and guidance of the faculty cum doctors at the hospital. The student feels the pride and responsibility of becoming a doctor and the special attribute the profession holds as a life savior of the society. The curriculum is constantly under modification and scrutiny under the nmc with several reforms over the past decades. Few aspects where more improvement might be done is the more clinical teaching at the initial years of course., which is currently started from 3-4 year. The exams are held often frequently with an internal assessment every 3-4 months followed by a pre- university and university exams each year. The exams hold a difficulty level of above average, making only the ones genuinely preparing for it to pass the exam. The passing percentage is 50 for each exam individually for practical and theoretical exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

MBBS is a professional course and you do need skills to treat patients as it may become a matter of life and death. The teaching curriculum is as per the guidelines of NMC which is a central body and consists again of great doctors with reputation all over India. So, I don't really think that I can really suggest any means to improve that.

Course Curriculum Overview:

To do something great for mankind and for society influences me to join mbbs. Cbme is new curriculum of mbbs which more focusing on clinical skills of a student. Areas of improvement is cbme includes integrated learning but most college don't follow it so nmc should be strict for it. Two sessions exam in year and pre university exam and final University exam this exam includes both theory and practical and these are difficult for you if you're are not study through out the year.

Course Curriculum Overview:

MBBS is a professional course and gives one responsible work for life. There are many reasons for one to choose MBBS in their career line. GMC Khandwa is affiliated with MPMSU (Madhya Pradesh Medical Science University-Jabalpur). Faculty in every department is well qualified and experienced. Student Teacher ratio is quite good in college. Although the college is newly opened in 2017 and started students intake in 2018, there are some departments in which some faculty members are required more but are not sufficient due to slow recruitment. But I am very much sure that this loophole will soon be filled as being in pioneer batches, we have seen the growth and development of the college in these years. So we believe in an ongoing process by management. Exams schedule is based on guidelines provided by MPMSU.

It's my dream to go into this field hence I choose this branch. The faculty is top-class doctors very trained and the ratio I would say is 25:1 all faculty are Ph.D. or either doctor. Exams are very difficult to clear hence required a lot of hard work and study by making notes and studying regularly
