Course Curriculum Overview :
Woxsen follows a case study based on pedagogy and has the best faculty members. We use to have examinations term wise. In all, we had Six terms with an internship project after three terms. Of the six terms in the program, the initial three terms focus on introducing and building students’ capabilities in general business areas – economics, quantitative techniques, finance, marketing, operations, and strategy. The courses covered in the first year were common for all students.
Placement Experience :
Woxsen is known for placements, every year new companies come for recruitment and this year around 96% of students got placed.
College Events :
There were many events even I don't remember all the names. Lately, we had a sports tournament held which included both cricket & football. In a team, we all enjoyed a lot and played pretty well against the opposition. We even celebrated festivals like Diwali & Holi. Going home every time is not that easy so we enjoyed a lot with our batch mates.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
For fee I would suggest you to kindly visit their website www.woxsen.edu.in,The fee at my time when I started my PGDM course in 2018 was around eighteen lacs. I won't be able to give you the bifurcation for this you will have to check on their website.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
No, I didn't opt for any scholarship but our college sponsors for meritorious students and college even provide loan facility.
Campus Life :
These were some of the facilities provided to us, you can imagine how the campus was: Furnished accommodation with all facilities integrated, including housekeeping, etc. Recreational facilities, Golf course, Football and cricket grounds, Courts for tennis, basketball and other sports, Convenience store, Ultra-luxury buses to commute from Hyderabad to campus.
Alumni/Alumna :
Yes, we do have an alumni network. We all batch mates, seniors gather when the meet is organized. Its a great initiative by the college.
Admission :
They have their very own entrance test called as Woxsen Admission Test. This test was conducted on their own campus at Hyderabad. The exam was just similar to any MBA entrance exam. I didn't found the quests so hard. The test was completed by me well on time.
Faculty :
As I said the faculty is the best. I remember a few of my faculty members who were were experienced and had thorough knowledge in their domain. Professors were IIM pass outs and carried ten years of experience. We had Dr.Sanjit Kumar Dash, Professor Vikas Mehta, Dr.Piyush Kumar & many more who were best in their domains.
