Course Curriculum Overview :

The sem exams are held every six months. Nurses are to treat and take care of the patients which should be highly respected. But in colleges there should be more practicals and demo/ practice classes than theory classes.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

In my first year I paid 345000 and for the upcoming 3 years it'll be probably 145000. Extra 16000 for the uniform and other necessities if stayed in hostel. The mess fees is 50000 approx. The fees increases Every year and additional fees for clinical postings. Govt seats fees are comparitively lesser

Campus Life :

The college has a very small campus but still managed to held program. Campus Life is not very happening life here. The farewell and freshers are held grand and other medical days awareness days like breastfeeding days etc are held often . We have library enough of academic. Sports are held with many games options and for like 2 days.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel rooms are provided with bunk beds. No cupboard, no table nothing . Minimum 5 bunk beds in big room and 3 in small. Meal is eatable but the menu is boring for everyday. The girls hostel is just near to the college and boys hostel is a bit far travelled with bus

Admission :

I talked to colleges like Assam downtown uni but the seats were full so I chose the college which had vacancy. Also I took v late admission as I wasn't able to decide wht to opt for as my degree. Admission process is quite easy . It'll be more comfortable if present in the college during admission. Govt seats are also available. To be eligible in the course is to pass 12 th science stream and above 17 years of age. Govt exams are also held for govt colleges.

Faculty :

The faculty as in teachers are v less but are very friendly supportive and approachable. Internal exams are held often which are definitely easy if you studied.. the course nursing is a lot beneficial these days

Admission:

I got admission to the college on merit basis. Students are called for the counselling on the basis of their marks in class 12. Admission process was pretty smooth and the administration was very helpful during the counselling.

Placement Experience:

Placement assistance is not provided by the college, as such. But students can enrol for the six month internship from the hospital. Although, a pass-out from our college never faces any issue regarding job.
