Remarks :

The college management is quite good, the college lives up to its name and has a great future ahead.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The curriculum contains subjects that are industry based and educate you in practicality if the subject. Exam structure is 80/20 and once you progress to the second year it changes according to the professor’s need. Subjects are assessed on presentation skills too thus polishing a person’s speech and vocabulary too.

Placement Experience :

Placement of the college is good, along with that networking is quite important which will you help get good internships and placements too if you network well.

College Events :

Events like seminars on recent happenings, new insights, new researches, etc keep happening in the campus. Along with this is the most coveted and celebrated event, the MET Utsav which is everyone students highlight in their life at MET college, and will surely be one to remember.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fees for the first year is 3.15 lacs and for the 2nd year, it is 3.24 lacs. The additional expenses may vary from person to person but on average, it will cost 150-200 ads more per day if the person is traveling from a far distance and without food. The canteen provides good food at affordable prices. The fees are much lower compared to other B schools and provide a better ROI than other colleges.

Fees and Financial Aid :

I availed the education loan via approaching my bank and following the instructions college provided. It was quite hassled free and easy and hardly required much time and efforts. Simply approach your bank and they will guide you.

Campus Life :

Campus life on MET is good and the gender ratio is also reasonable. There are a lot of people from different backgrounds which makes it great for people to work here and gain knowledge from people of other backgrounds. The library and labs are well furnished and provide great comfort. The college provides a big field for cricket, football, and other sports along with debates and intercollegiate competitions which promote healthy competition.

Alumni/Alumna :

The senior students have been pillars of strength and motivation. They have provided the nitty gritty of how it’s gonna be for us ahead. They’ve been of great help and were phenomenal guides.

Admission :

I got admission into this college via the usual admission process, that is GD and PI rounds. First, the GD round was conducted and after shortlisting me, they conducted the PI round in which I was finally selected. The GD rounds test you on your GK and common sense.

Faculty :

The faculty is great, they are quite experienced and also straight from the industry thus imparting knowledge and insights that cannot be available from faculties without experience. This provides students more than just theoretical knowledge and makes them aware of what is actually demanded from them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course Because of the name "finance" so I decided why not "fintech" It's a combination of both Finance as well as Technology. For every 10 students, there is 1 faculty. Faculties are highly qualified as well as experienced in their respective field Every 3-6 months semester exams are scheduled

Remarks:

ISBM is one of the best private B-Schools in India and also ranked 8th among the 20 West B Schools and 9th rank in Top Private Institutes. The institute is well-known and the program that I wanted to pursue was only one-year long here, all the good aspects such as impressive placements, rigorous curriculum, easily approachable and distinguished faculty members, student-driven campus, etc encouraged me to apply for this institute. For the application process, I had to pay an amount of INR 700 while submitting my application form through the official website of the college.

Admission:

I did had to go through a personal interview process during which I was asked various questions related to General Awareness, Current Affairs, Work Experience, Personal interests, academic records, etc.

Overall college is good. I rate it average. Just one thing that faculty are very helpful but they don’t provide us any leave. Like if you’re not walk then also you’ve to attend class. You’re not allowed to go home even in Diwali. Otherwise, college is good and everything is fine here.

I took the college entrance exam. I was interested in pursuing telecom as a career after my engineering, hence SITM was the perfect choice for me.

Admission:

The admission process includes a written aptitude test. This is followed by a group discussion and a personal interview, only if the written test is cleared. The written test includes logical reasoning as well as maths and English related questions which are multiple choice. The group discussion is based on any ongoing social issue.
