- The college infrastructure is actually poor
- It is a long course of 5.5 years duration
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course is actually much better than what I had thought. You get to study modern aspects as well as the Unani system and the course though being a bit long duration is worth if you claim opportunities. The course has 3 professional years each of 1.5 years duration.
Internships Opportunities :
Internship is offered with a stipend. You will be getting to learn practice and surgery under skillful doctors of NIMHANS KCG GUMC etc. You have to learn as much as possible as it's a very great opportunity. You get to enjoy your work while your internship time.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The only fee that you have to pay is 30,000 which includes admission fee, classroom fee, digital fee, sports fee lab fee etc. apart from that you have to pay around 3000 to 5000 exam fee. You will be getting 2-4 scholarships which might cover all your college fee expenditure.
Campus Life :
The campus has wide opportunities for sports and fests are conducted every year You also get to go for inter college sports if you are good enough and talented The campus also has a students union club.
Admission :
The admission process was through NEET Counselling. You have to prepare for NEET Entrance Exam for this. If you have good ranking then it will be easy for you to get the seat. The cutoff may vary yearly as per the students. This year it was around 2-3 lakhs ranking.
Faculty :
All the teachers are doctors too. As the people who have qualified this course only have to be the teachers. Our college also has a huge hospital where you would be getting to learn how to practice medicine, learn history taking, interacting with patients and many treatment methods.
