The good remarks are we have good placements and library facility. Every student is provided with a laptop. Finally, in this college, we have a good education and full of enjoyment.
Entrance Preview :
This College is particularly started for the rural area students and who are not able to study higher education because of money. And the college environment is too good. Here they follow learning by doing the technique for learning and I am interested to learn my self.
Course Curriculum Overview :
My college curriculum is 6years of integrated B.tech course with 2years of PUC(Pre-university course). Here we follow semester process.Every year we have 3 semesters,sem-1,sem-2, summer semester.PUC is like intermediate but they prepare a special syllabus for PUC. And we have 1month summer holidays,1week for Dasara and Pongal.
Internships Opportunities :
Yes, we have CDPC(campus development and placement cell)in my college. Through this, we will get internships. They will contact and invite companies for placements and internships with a minimum stipend of 10,000Rs/-.
Placement Experience :
In my college the placements are going good around 45% of the people are getting placed in every year from the university in well-reputed companies like Synopsis, Freshdesk, Math works, Infosys etc. The highest offered salary is 16 lacks per year and the lowest is 5 lacks per year. In interns, my seniors got the highest of 35000 per month and lowest of 8500 per month. Placement cell is also there on my campus and it so helpful for the students in getting companies to the campus and internships also.
College Events :
In my campus every year some college fests are going like "Cygnus", "Technique" in this fests there many cultural events and sports and this is a national level fest. Cygnus is campus annual day. Every year there is a sports meet also. We will celebrate teachers day, independence day, women's day.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
My college fee structure is so feasible. For a year the student has to pay 36000 in PUC and 40000 in B.tech. But here we have fee- reimbursement so the students who have the annual income less than 1,00,000 they didn't have to pay the money. The students who have an annual income greater than 1,00,000 and CAP students, nonlocal students have to pay the money.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
This college is established for the poor students so they will provide the scholarship. That scholarship is coming under fee-reimbursement.
Campus Life :
In my campus every year some college fests are going like "Cygnus", it is college annual day event. In this event, we have many cultural programs. Every year there is a sports meet also. In this college extracurricular activities are going good, we will have lots of fun and enjoyment through these activities.
Hostel Facilities :
In my college hostel environment is too good. For every student, they will give one bed, one desk. In hostels, we have WiFi facility. Every day hostels are cleaned by workers. In the hostel, we have shuttle, volleyball, basketball courts also. And coming to mess food it is average. For every batch, we have a separate mess.
Alumni/Alumna :
Yes, we have an alumni network with senior students. They will help every junior student. They will teach us a lot of things about career and life also. And for the contact with passes out students, we have International alumni cell in our college.
Exam Structure :
Here we are following semester process so we will have weekends, monthly tests and semester exams. Weekends are objective type exam for 10 marks, a monthly test is theory type exam for 30 marks and sem-end is both of type for 60 marks.we have 10 weekends in every semester and 3 monthly tests. For labs, we have internal and external exams.
Admission :
I got admission in this college by merit list. After 10th class, we have to apply to this college. They will release a notification for applications for the students who passed in their Secondary education. They will select merit list depends upon marks, caste, type of school, background area.Here special admission for sports,NCC,PH,Non-local,CAP.In every year they will select 1000 to 1300 students.
Faculty :
Coming to the faculty my college teaching theory is "Learning by doing" so there sufficient faculty in my college. The faculty is having a minimum qualification of B-Tech, M-tech from IIts. If the students have doubts the teachers are available from 8:30 A.M to 5:30 P.M every college working day. We are provided with content through LAN(Local Area Network) and we need to prepare and if we have any doubts then we can proceed with faculty. The students to faculty ratio are: 1 for 150 students. The curriculum is 6 years integrated b-tech. It is useful for students who are preparing for competitive exams.
