  • Placements could have been even more better.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course sometimes feels still it could have been better, but over all it seems good. It's not that old nor that new. There few subjects which is really much needed on today's world like income tax, GST, Accounts etc.

Internships Opportunities :

There is one compulsory internship that should be done by the all commerce students at the end of their 4th semester. We need to search for the internship by all ourself, if we couldn't find it we make take the help of faculties.

Placement Experience :

They do offer campus placements but the package is kind of low with the average of 3 lakhs. Sometimes we might not get the suitable job as per our course too. When it comes to placements i dont feel it's that great.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fee structure is really affordable to all class of people as it is not too high nor too low. Every course has its own set of fee structure and it's affordable. Yes, there is scholarship facilities for academic excellence, financially backward, cultural achievement and sports achievement. Not sure about the campus employment.

Campus Life :

When it comes to club, infrastructure and social aspects the college is completely good and well established. They encourage and provide all kinds of activities and students involvement in the associations and social activities.

Admission :

The interview process was pretty much good and very interactive although I had to online interview via Google meet with the faculties due to covid. There was some questions asked based on our puc subjects. It was questions round asked by faculties directly so we gotta answer the questions to get selected.

Faculty :

Faculties are really good and friendly. When it comes to teaching they give their best. Class room environment is absolutely good. Class will also be engaged and almost very interesting. Over all good when it comes to faculties.

Interview Experience :

I had a personal interview via Google meet with the faculties since it was covid. If not covid then they do have entrance exam which needs to be written in the campus for selection. Test is all about the aptitudes.

Placement Experience:

The only good thing happened to me in this college is placement. They have a placement team for the whole of Dayanand Sagar institutions which includes many departments so the placement team is really good. Many big as well as small companies come for campus recruitment and they have a telegram group which keep posting on new jobs every now and then.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to apply for campus placements from the 5 th semster onwards,Christ university is known for their best placements. Many big companies like Deloitte, Deshaw, KPMG, EY, and Goldman Sachs often come to college for placemts.Even some companies provide interships with a stipend of 60000 a month and in most of the cases those inters will get PPO ( pre-placement offer). The highest package is 24 lpa and an average package is 500000 lpa. When the number of students applied for placements is taken we could say that a 90% of them are got placemts from the university. My Plan after getting degree is pursue my higher education

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester campus selection is offered to the students as we can join and attend interviews. TCS, hcl are the companies visited and didn't select for the job. The placement of the job is a minimum of 30 to 50%. I'm thinking of joining any job I get.

Remarks:

Overall the college provides an amazing experience with ups and downs in your life. This place is a learning experience for everyone. At times the college faculty gets too strict and you have to provide a apology letter everytime a mistake is made no matter how silly it is.
