- Technical clubs are pretty good specially automotive related then satelite club is good, robot study circle is intresting to join
- Boat club provide best view and also provide training to row nad other things
Dislikes
- Small campus reletive to iits also crowded roads to each campus is divided in 4 part because of road and flyovers
- Hostels are not good dirty bathroom no water most of times
Course Curriculum Overview :
The manufacturing science curriculum is really good with respect to industry. Many things are really practical and prepare you for the industry. The industry relationship with the department is pretty good which provides many industrial intership opportunities. Exams are pretty tough Exams are 3 times in a semister like every month there are 2 mid-semester written exams and at end-sem again written exams no internal marks paper checking is strict exam hall is very strict not even the geometry box is allowed in the exam hall exam hall is equipped with 2 invigilator with surprise squad's and spare invigilators
Internships Opportunities :
Intership is available for the manufacturing department divgi tts with a 15000 stipend then Bajaj auto with a 30000 stipend Skoda motors with 18000. Then many companies with more than 20000 Many projects are research-based some of the awards with patients and research publications
Placement Experience :
After 6 sem we are eligible for placement. Companies visited are Bajaj Caterpillar Mercedes Benz, Tata Motors, tata steel, Maruti Suzuki, hero motors, Anad Group, and Philips, the list is big. A number of offers are 40+. The highest package for the manufacturing science department is 14 lpa company is Elctromech. The average package is around 7 lpa. Around 70% of placement offers from the campus itself many students are placed with their network and intership ppos. My plan is to get experience in industry
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee is more expensive than other colleges but the facilities are good hostel fees were increased last year by 10000 and the college fee is also increased by 10-20k. Campus employment is available in some cases in library low stipend but industry interships are good some of the companies pay you more than 100000 lakhs for a month period with many facilities All fees are included in 84000 for the obc category. For the general category, it's 1.2+ lakhs per annum
Campus Life :
There are many fest and activities to do popular fest are Zest held in December Then Mind Spark was held in November. The impression was in January then the regatta boat club event held in March. Then the annual gathering in the end of March or April. Books are available easily. Many sports activities Many clubs like nemesis, octane, Robot Study Circle, CSAT, Cricket Club, Gymkhana, boat club.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel is expensive and crowded no good bathroom facilities. Mess is very good again many options are available near college 3 canteen are available. The registration process of the hostel is very messy Pg or rented rooms are easily available in Tanaji Wadi, khadki, mularoad ,and Shivaji Nagar Gavthan.
Admission :
Eligibility is straightforward, with 50% marks in 12th and a good rank in mht cet. Application forms and fees are included in cet fees you can apply with the mhtcet website. Reservations for obc, sc and st categories are given with government regulations The Mhtcet exam is taken only once in year with an easy difficulty level The application process is simple and straightforward.
Faculty :
Some Faculties are very good and helpful Faculty to student ratio is decreased in the last 2 years Interaction with some faculty are regular and it is so nice in many cases. All facilities are well-educated with PhD and masters
