Course Curriculum Overview :

The course was designed in the best way to keep the students indulged throughout the year. An number of assignments and submissions were given on daily basis. Regular test were conducted every month. Apart from this regular activities like moot, mock, etc. were made part of the course.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

With regard to the fee structure, it is not worth paying such a huge fee at all. it is better to get enrolled in a government college and get your degree. They are charging way too much and scholarship is being provided to only 4-5 people based on merit and their economic status. Coming to the placement opportunity, not a single top-tier law firm comes to campus for recruitment. Placement from college is far fetched idea they are unable to get internships for the student.

Campus Life :

By the time I graduated overall experience with respect to campus life, focusing on the social aspects, club involvement and infrastructure wise started degrading. But i was lucky enough to passout at a good time. During my first second year the college was at its best. We use to have our cultural fest, social gathering, etc but as the time passed by everting stopped happening. As the management did not support it.

Admission :

The admission is based on the CLAT marks and the only one thing i liked about this college was that it does not have a reservation in the admission process. Admission is totally based on the merit bases. However, with time the cut-off for getting admission has been constantly decreasing and therefore the quality of students and teachers is also degrading. Initially when i took the admission last seat which was offered to a student having all India rank of 3000 but now the number of seats in the college has increased and consequently the person with 8000 rank is also getting admission in the college.

Faculty :

Some of the faculties were extremely top-notch, they were over-qualified and had no doubt about their capabilities. However, some faculty do not deserve to be called as faculties, as they never took classes and by chance once in a while, if they appear in the class they won't make it effective. Will just do time pass and leave at the end.

Placement Experience:

For law students internship after every semester is mandatory. Hence, if they perform well there they can get placements without campus placements. In campus from corporate houses to various big law firms came and offered jobs worth 10-15LPA per annum. The placement percentage dropped significantly in our year and I don't know why but only half the students had placements from the campus. However, some students got placements worth 20LPA or more from our campus.

Placement Experience:

Students after their 7th semester become eligible for placements. There are various companies and law firms such as Trilegal and Khaitan that hire students from the campus. Banks and chambers also hire students from the university. The average package is of 10 lacs per annum and atleast 70 percent of the students get placed through the campus recruitment. As if now I'm not sure if what to do after graduating but I'm trying to get a corporate job with a decent salary.

College provides placement every year to the passing batch. Also, the placement cell provides regular internship opportunities which open the door for PPOs. After completing my degree I wish to sit for PCS(J) exam.
