Course Curriculum Overview :
I chose this course because I want to explore Indian culture and different cultures and cuisines all over the world and I learnt that very well after doing practicals and theoretical classes I got real exposure to the industry and also got opportunities to do work in hotels during my course which also gave a real exposure and it helps me a lot and also theory exams are quite difficult if you don't study and don't concentrate on classes
Internships Opportunities :
The oberoi jw Marriott Pullman Hyatt Regency the leela courtyard by marriott these all are the brands which gave alot of internship opportunities with different stipend starting from 3000-9000 and got internships for period of 6 month which gave industrial exposure and after that we have to do on job training and after that we got jobs in 5 star hotels
Placement Experience :
From 4 semester student are eligible for campus placements and most of the students got into the job in 5 star hotels on their on job training by 5 semester and after that they all get job in 5 star hotels i also worked in various five star hotels like the oberois jw marriott roseate house and many more 99% students got placements
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Tuition fees is discussed when you join the institute and it will remain same doesn't increase during the course you can pay it by emi full cash after a particular time or year and also they gave scholarship at the time of admission by name of kapil dev scholarship which is got by giving a test and they are best in campus employment they gave us opportunity and conduct interview to get job and mostly most of the students got job after completion of 3 year
Campus Life :
We had food festival during our course it's based on particular cuisine and all the students get involved in it in two different teams one is kitchen team and one is f&b team and we rocked it where our family loved the food and experienced fine dine and also it gave us exposure to the industry and also all the festivals are being celebrated by making the most famous food of the festival and by having inter batch competitions
Admission :
Eligibility of the course is you must have passed your school and you can apply it through referral or it's website and after that you had a counselling session and after that you had to choose if you want to take admission or not they're so supportive
Faculty :
There are total 3 batches in our year and there are 1 teacher who taught us about front office 2 teachers for food and beverage service 1 for food production 1 for english 1 for housekeeping 1 for marketing and accounting 1 for management 1 for french they all are very helpful and supportive also they taught us about how to stay in confidence and talk professionally and about interviews and teachers are approachable if you're having a problem you can ask anytime to them and they'll never let us feel alone they always acted as our parents
