    Course Curriculum Overview :

Management studies is what I always wanted to pursue and SJCC was my dream college. BBA program at SJCC don't just hold a strong reputation but is known for the kind of exposure that it gives to its students. We were taken for international industrial visit and thereby prepared us to be global managers. In the final year we had enough electives such as some value add-on courses and NCFM certification programs.

    Placement Experience :

After the completion of 2nd year, we were advised to get ready for placements as before the final semester almost half class had jobs and before the end of the final semester almost everyone who applied for job had an offer letter in their hand. Among top recruiters are Indian Overseas Bank, Cactus, Concern India Foundation, Peepal Consulting, & The Nudge Foundation and more.

    Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fees was 1.2 lakhs in my days but it kept increasing every subsequent year. Scholarships were available and students getting 9+ CGPA in every semester were given scholarships. This was merit based scholarship and likewise there were many others too.

    Campus Life :

SJCC hosts a number of fests and one unique fest was Cipher which was an inter college business fest. The cultural fest is called Dhwani in which many artists are invited and it's a complete gala. In terms of societies there are countless societies, it's tough to name one as I was associated only with the debate club. For sports enthusiasts, again countless facilities as from cricket ground to soccer, students can pursue whatever they want at SJCC.

    Admission :

Student has to give an entrance test and then go through a PI round. Post that the admissions are confirmed and yes the criteria of admissions were different for genral category and those coming under reservation category. The application form are available at the college or if one want they can apply online and get their admissions sorted.

    Faculty :

There are unlimited departments and over 5000 students and to take care of them, there are 300 off faculties. So, the faculty to student ratio is 1:16. Faculties are so strong that their mentorship and their contacts helped us in getting right internships in 1st and 2nd year.

This college offers some good placement options for finance students, companies like EY do bulk hiring. But for marketing students the options are very limited, majority of them is for sales profile. Average package is 4 CTC and highest is 7CTC.

College management is after money, money over anything else. Students are helpless and have to approach the university authorities for something to get done.
