Course Curriculum Overview :
Our field is pharmacy so our subjects are very much related to practical aspects of jobs in future. Improvement which can be done is in teaching methodology. In a 6 month semester, class commence for only 4 months including 2 sessional exams and one final exams. There is no time to have a proper and deep understanding of subject
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Tuition fees of our university is 25000 per year. It can fluctuate every year upto 1000. Complete tuition cost of four year degree is around 1 lakh rupees. There is post matric scholarship scheme and whole fees is returned through it. Also there is one scholarship provided by department teachers and employees of 25000 for poor students
Campus Life :
We have a campus always full of vibrant festivals and events. Almost every month there is an event going on in RK Auditorim or Tagore auditorium. From classical music nights to Punjabi singers performance we have it all. We have a huge dedicated sports complex where national level games are held as well as inter University tournaments. Also we have swimming pool, boxing ring, gym, rave track
Hostel Facilities :
I am a hostel resident and yearly fees of hostel is 15,600 rupees. There are limited seats for hostel in each program and room is alloted on basis on distance and merit score. Also I've lived on rent in sector 14 rohtak near University campus and rent was 3000 per month
Admission :
B pharmacy course is 4 year program and admission process in my case was merit based on 12th class result through HSTES. There is entrance exam now for admission in degree. There are seats for reserved categories also for SC, ST AND OBC candidates and also reserved seats for hostel admission.
Faculty :
1:60 ratio for teacher : students. Teachers have great knowledge of their subjects and are not too strict as well. One thing I hate is classes are taken by PhD scholars not professors who do not care about our studies
