Entrance Preview :
I got my EAMCET rank 35K . As i went for counselling ,i opted this college . As my college is affiliated to Andhra University . I am very much passionate to take my degree as a Andhra University Holder ,i opted this college and coming to my branch as i am very interested in maths and physics subjects and want to learn more about these subjects . I have opted ELECTRONICS AND COMMUNICATIONS as my branch . And my decision does not gone wrong . I have learnt so many things in my core branch and i got job in my same field.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The Course I have taken is Electronics and communication. It is very useful for the one who have strong knowledge in Physics and Mathematics .The most strong and difficult area in this branch is the practicals. One should put some extra effort in learning it because this branch covers wide areas. A few of them are: Analyzing analog and digital circuits, Digital communication, Signal processing, Assembly level language programming and also tougher ones like VLSI and VHDL Designing (Chip designing).
Internships Opportunities :
I have done my Intership in " ALL INDIA RADIO ". Where i have learned a lot of things . How the radar works ,how the sound waves are transmitted and received . How the radio station works and Understanding the user request and making configuration of software. We have visited the Radio stations in the visakhapatnam area and Creating new users/ objects .Analyzing of various activities and Preparation of various reports. We have worked for free and we did not get any time of stipend . But , we are happy that we learned a lot of things there and enjoyed our internship.
Placement Experience :
My College started getting ON -Campus in the month of febuary 2014 . Firstly they got LIFE INSURANCE CO-OPERATION (LIC) and nearly 25 members were selected . Later they brought Priya Industries a product based Delhi company and 15 students were selected in that and they offered a 1.8 Lakhs CTC per year . Later they brought Wipro and only 3 members were selected . We have attended the OFF-CAMPUS which were held in different colleges . They brought Syntel to our campus and no one were selected and they brought Maritime company , for Boys .where they have to work on ships and the CTC Offered as 20K per month .
College Events :
Our college conducts the Fests every year. In 2013 they conducted SANKETH 2k13 and in 2014 they conducted SANKETH2k14 . For Independence day also our college conducts several cultural programmes like CHAKDE SANKETIKA. Mostly our fests lasts for 3 days and they are lot of programs , cultural activities , Paper presentations and many more . I participated in every fest and i organised so many programs in the fests. We all enjoyed a lot in our Fests as there are so many stalls and games conducted for the students . Various college students register themselves to participate in different programs and they also enjoy a lot in our fests.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Yes , Our college provides the Scholarship for the Backward classes like SC ,SC ,BC . who have there annual income less than 2 lakhs . Every Year the students apply for that scholarship and the college deducts the Annaul fee for the students . And our college gives the Fee deduction for APSRTC bus pass every year. The students who travel by the Public transportation like Buses, college gives the fee deduction for all the students who apply for that. It also gives Education Loans for them who can't afford the fee.
Campus Life :
There are No Gender Rations in the college and there is a ANTI -RAGGING ASSOCIATION in the college . So ,there is no ragging in the campus . Our college conducts different workshops for free of cost mostly .Different branches have different workshops . There is no Difference shown depending on race ,ethnicity and religion . We all are one in the college. Our college conducts Industrial tour for the final year students. We visited the North India in our final year to visit different industries there and we enjoyed a lot seeing a lot of new things .
Hostel Facilities :
Our College as a Hostel attached to it for boys and girls. But it is far from the college and mostly no one likely to join in the college hostel as the fee is high compared to the PG'S . So ,mostly students prefer to join in PG'S near to the college. The
Alumni/Alumna :
Every Year we conduct the Freshers party for the New Graduates who enter newly to the college to make them interact with the Seniors and the Staff. And We will conduct the FAREWELL party for the Final Year students who are going to leave the college and we are making them to share their experiences in the college . The Faculty also will be very friendly with the students and they also participate in the different cultural activities with the students . They also teach so many things which the students require for their further life.
