- The thing that I liked about my college includes the atmosphere
Course Curriculum Overview :
I was enrolled as a BSC student at my college, specializing in the domain "Nautical Science". The eleigibility critera for the exam was to obtain a percentage of 60% average in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematicatics in the 12th standard. Additional eligibility included not having color blindness as well as a good vision. Medical test was also a part of the admission process, conducted by the college.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
The fee structure was quite OK for a person to pursue academic career. I had spent approximately a sum of 10 lakh rupees in three years of my education. Everything else was included in this amount like accomodation, food, uniform and books. This was the main reason to believe that I wasn't very expensive considering all parameters.
Campus Life :
I can surely say that the campus life took care of its students quite well in the field of sports and entertainment. The college has respective courts for football, basketball, and swimming pools with respective teams for every area in the sports. And hence, this made one's college life even more exciting and energetic.
Admission :
Eligibility of the course was securing a decent percentage of 60% in the 12th standard in physics, chemistry and mathematics. The application form can be found online, the submission of the important documents to be help physically at the campus at the time of admission. We had 6 semesters in the three years.
Faculty :
The number of professors in my college were around 7 professors for a batch of 140 students. So, it is evident to say that there were about 1 professor for every 20 students in the class. Additionally, the college also had captains who taught us various subjects in their domain. The teachers were very friendly and appraochable enough for their students in case of any concerns. Must say, everything about our faculties were just so good.
