Course Curriculum Overview :

The course was a bit tough, frankly very less attention was paid to practical learning. Some of the teachers in the institute took a few initiatives but those were not long lasting.

Internships Opportunities :

Yes, college provided internship in railway and other Institutes but i didn't go for any of them as we were supposed to pay for doing those internships

Placement Experience :

It was good, we were combined with the Vidyavihar branch of Somaiya Engineering college for placement. Approximately 40% of students were placed. Accenture, L&T, etc are the companies.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Approximately 1 lakh 9 thousand, you cant call it affordable, but there was no option. We had to save throughout the year to pay the fees

Hostel Facilities :

No there is not a hostel of our college. But students from other cities used to reside in the hostel of k.j.somaiya hospital whose building was near our college building.

External Expense : Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Faculty :

Faculties are qualified, but their experience is of use just for the sake of getting marks, they don't teach for us to learn they just want us to clear our exams that's it.

When the students are in there final year then most of the students apply for the job interview but the students who gained some skills and have pracitical experience in their field then only they will get selected in vapus placements. lot of companies visit to the college and offer jobs but asks for strong resume and skills in the students.

Best College in Solapur

Remarks:

he placements were pretty well. There were many students who were placed in MNCs. Most of the companies were IT based companies. Amongst all, only 1 core electronics company came to our college for recruitments. The highest package was around 4 LAP. Our college also provides opportunities for other off-campus drives which took place nearer to Solapur. The companies that came to the campus were mainly MNCs providing an average package of 2.5 LPA which is pretty well for a fresher graduated from a non-government college
