Course Curriculum Overview :

course includes hardware and software both. course covers almost all aspects of computer science and engg. 2-3hrs long exams along with quiz of 10-15 mins. you get hands on experience through labs and workshops throughout the semester. curriculum prepares you well enough for real world applications.

Internships Opportunities :

the internships are offered from 3rd year onwards and stipends are also provided to students who get selected. but the success rate to get selected is very less. companies like jpmc, paytm, microsoft, and many more come to recruit interns.

Placement Experience :

the students become eligible for campus placements from their 3rd year onwards. the placements are provided on campus and they are pretty good. average packages offered to students is also good. MNCs like microsoft, jpmc and many more come to recruit

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

fees is charged on semester basis and it keeps on increasing each year. the total fees for my course is approximately 16 lakh rupees. scholarships are provided in all years. for 1st years, the scholarship is given on the basis of jee mains percentile and then 2nd year onwards it is given on the basis of cgpa cutoffs for each branch.

Campus Life :

the campus life at thapar is one of the reasons i love this place so much. the infrastructure is just mind blowing. the library so huge that you might never have seen before. even the lecture halls are all fully modern and superb. the annual fest is just amazing, saturnalia. all the sports facilities are provided withing the campus.

Hostel Facilities :

hostel facility is very good. the hostels are very clean and well maintained. the furniture is good. the mess food is very hygenic and good. hostels are a bit expensive but still affordable. a variety of hostel available to chose from.

Admission :

Minimum marks in 12th pcm were 75% for computer science and related streams. Application form available on thapar website before admission. No entrance test. Admission of boards and jee mains cutoff basis both.

Placement Experience:

The placements of the college is good and differs in every course, the highest placement record is 45.5lpa which is going to be increased the number if companies visiting is also increasing which increases the number of placements and the average package is 8lpa. If I can't get a on campus placement then I will try for off campus placement. Students of final year of their course will be eligible for the placements if they fulfill the company putted criterias. As college promised the 100% placement but it is not right only some students were getting placed who have some extra skills and knowledge Various companies visited the college every year like Autodesk, Cisco, XPERI, Toki, Accenture, Edoofa, delta x, RT camp etc and provides a good number of placements

Placement Experience:

so every year different companies visit our campus and people from the fourth year are able to see for the placement. Firstly, we have to clear a written entrance test once clear that the company will interview them and get the job so the highest package last year went 25,00,00 per annum. However, the average package is six lakh per annum. It completely depends upon your CGPA and your personal skills, how much you groom yourself to be fit for that company. Tech and non-tech companies both visit.

Placement Experience:

If we have skills, we get placements here, and if we work hard, we can get up to 50 LPA. Most of the renowned companies will come for placements, for example, Microsoft, Google, etc. TCS will give a high number of job offers, but the package is low. It all depends on you and your skills. The placement percentage in Computer Science is about 80-90%, and the average is 7 LPA.

Placement Experience:

There were many companies like Microsoft, Infosys, TCS, Google, Wal-Mart and more than 800+ companies visited for campus placements. I will prefer for startup if I will not get the desirable placements offers.

Placement Experience:

CT University has best placement record till now. They have 400+ recruitment partners. Companies like byjus, paytm, infosys, max healthcare and capgemini have already recruited students from CT University. CTU also have corporate resource centre in ct university , to provide ample opportunities for full time internships, on job trainings and placement in reputed companies. Also, students are doing internships with stipends within the university also as CTU ambassadors along wwith theirt study, so this should be a good enough proof of the quality of the skills being imparted to the students.

The placements are good. A lot of companies like PayTm, Maruti Suzuki, etc come every year and recruit a large number of students. The placement process is of several rounds and tests. There is an Entrepreneur Cell that helps students enhance their skills.
