Course Curriculum Overview :

Actually i was a NEET aspirant,as covid striked i was unable to write my neet exam so i was searching for a medical course which has good scope without writing NEET. When i got to know about Physiotherapy which helps the people in restoring their life from disability i thought this course will be good for me as i wanted to help the disabled person and make their lives better. After started pursuing the degree the subjects i find little difficult in early first year but after some days i was adopted to the curriculum and the teaching staffs were very supportive in every stages and problems we face. In our college from the second year onwards we will have the clinical postings in the multispeciality charitable hospital there we will get the patient exposure right from the starting. Talking regarding exams we had 3 internals and a Final exam but now as curicullum changed to CBME curriculum now it has become semester wise exams while we had Annual based exams.

Class Size : 60Course Fees : INR 100000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

In Nitte Institute of Physiotherapy, there will be a compulsory 6months internship in the Justice KS Hegde Charitable Hospital which is the teaching hospital of the NITTE UNIVERSITY. Our college has the MOU with the University of Santo Thomas, Philippines for the student exchange program during the internship.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Coming to the fees structure of our college,while i got admission the tuition fees was ?1,15,000/-per year and exam fees was seperate which is not included in the tuition fees.The total cost of tuition and othe charges for the completion of my study was around ?5,00,000/- for the college fees. All government scholarships is available like NSP, SSP and minority scholarships.There is no campus placement as such and there willbe no stipend during the internship.

Campus Life :

There will be good numbers of programs and festivals are celebrated in our campus. The cultural and literal competitions between the classes will be held during October-November month. Right after that sports day will be there for 2days.There will be a happy and enjoyable environment during the festivals and programs. The Navaratri festival is celebrated on all 9 days of the festival by having dress code and the competition and cultural program on the last day of the festival. In our college there is well equipped library with all the books required for the reference along with other journals. There are more than 3,000 books in the library and online copies of the books are also available in the library. Within the classroom, we have smart classes and mics and speakers for proper audiovisual classes. Inter college sports competitions are held within the campus.

Admission :

The eligibility of the course is, the student has to score at least 65% in PCB in PUC. During my admission as covid situation was there all the admission process was online. The admission process was smooth we had to fill the online application and they will respond very quickly. Once we submit our documents online our seat will be reserved. I don't think there is any problem during the admission process the college staffs are very kind and they respond very well for ant queries during the admission process

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course i chose was bpt becayse i fell in love with this field i love treating patients getting them back to thwir old life where they enjoyed and loved walking and doing activitied and i had a specific interest in anatomy so i felt like its a good choice to study thia field but if u dont love the course as it is then dont take that dield mayb u have other intersts...and as i said teachibg methods are good exam level may be difficult.

There are no placements provided. After the completion of the course of 4, there is a 6 monthly internship program. It has to be done in only the NABH accredited private hospitals and government hospitals. After that, you can work as a physiotherapist in a hospital or you can open your own Physiotherapy center after getting a license from the Indian Association of Physiotherapy (IAP).

Very good atmosphere

Admission:

Book the seat, When coming, want to bring certificates, They will chech the marks, Then pay donation, They will conduct entrance exam, They will publish result, Will call for orientation, After orientation they will make as stay at the hostel.

Placement Experience:

Placements are not there but teachers help as finding very adequate job place, Internship is there for 6 month it is compulsory, Stipend was there but not there now, Experience is very good it can be very helpful for getting job and for future.
