Course Curriculum Overview :

My course has both medical and electronics field involved in it. We study about the electronic devices or equipments used in medical based fields such as hospitals, the laboratory which helps the medical staff to cure the patient effectively. We study instruments such as the defibrillator, dialyzer, ECG, EEG, EMG, ERG, etc

Internships Opportunities :

We have taken permission from the college and go to other companies for the internship outside the college by ourselves. For my course, I had to go to the hospital for my internship.

Placement Experience :

The placements are good for students specializing in computer science and electrical engineering. But we have limited placements for biomedical engineering and other courses.

College Events :

The events are organized by different departments in our college. To welcome the newbies or called freshers, "freshers day" is organized by the seniors. And those students who are about to pass out of the college would have a "farewell day" which is organized by the juniors. There are also many cultural events and competitions in between.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

It was very less when compared to other colleges.the fees for those who come through KCET it is around 55000 to 65000.those who come through COMEDK it is 120000 to 135000 and management seat is around 150000 to 180000

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

No, they did not provide any scholarship. But we can get scholarships from the government based on caste categories.

Hostel Facilities :

Hostel rooms are okay. Usually, rooms are shared between 2 or 3 persons.

External Expense : Rs.4000 - Rs.7000

Alumni/Alumna :

Our college keeps a good relationship with passed out students. And try to bring placements from where the students are working.

Faculty :

Faculty members are well qualified and they are friendly too. The faculty members encourage the students very much in studies and also in extra curricular activities.

An honest review

Course Curriculum Overview:

As I'm in 1st semester. I will update you after my exams. But one good thing is that from this year, internals and externals will hold same weightage i.e., 50/50 If you can score more than 45% in internals which wouldn't be that big of a deal because they'll ask most the questions from class notes. Most of the faculties are average I would say. But some are good professors too. I chose CSE because I find these topics interesting since junior school. And everyone is just jumping into cse is a reason too lol.

From the 5th semester, students are eligible for internships and from 7th semester students are eligible to sit in placements many companies came for internships and placements. Remarks:

Well it was a emerging glorious institution, so I chose it. Also it has good facilities with good experience of atleast 10 years in the field of education. The infrastructure of my university is excellent. It has all the facilities needed for the overall development of a student. Although it us situated little of the city, it is totally worth the travel.
