I had applied for Durga Devi saraf junior college in my first year of junior college and got admission purely on merit basis. The college has a good ambiance with efficient teaching faculty. I liked it and thus applied for my further degree studies in this college itself.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course which I have opted for post-graduation is the master of commerce (advance accounting). The course curriculum is good and is quite similar to what we had studied earlier in a degree college in the bachelor of commerce (accounting and finance). Thus understanding the concept is easier.

Placement Experience :
The placement and job opportunity in Ghanashyamdas saraf Colleg of arts and commerce are average. One of the companies visiting the college was angel broking. Many students were selected after an interview. A seminar was also held to be followed by an aptitude test and interview. The students selected for this were given free personality development training and financial market working training. Later, an interview was held and they were to be picked up by big companies with good packages.
College Events :
Ghanashyamdas saraf college of arts and commerce celebrates various days and events. Various days like a chocolate day, traditional day, saree day, etc are celebrated here. The college every year helds annual day and sports day where interested students can participate in various plays, dances, sports etc

The fee structure of Ghanashyamdas saraf college of arts and commerce is quite feasible. The aided section junior college allowed girls education at about eight hundred. The degree college fees were equal irrespective of gender but differed according to the course opted.

The faculty of this college is good and is qualified for the position of the job. The qualifications of the various faculties range from m.com,mba, Ph.D.,etc. They are cooperative and friendly but firm when needed. Some subjects were taught to us by efficient visiting faculties.
