Dislikes
- Timing of this college are a bit faster which will be difficult for the long distance students.
- Transportation facilities are a bit less for the students who didn't choose college bus facility.
Course Curriculum Overview :
My first year used to be some what difficult to understand the new situations. until we used to the college our professor gave a great support. And coming to curriculum we used to have 8 periods per day. in that 8 periods, 3 periods were alloted to lab. the main reason behind this is student shound gain practical knowledge along with the theoretical knowledge. My being regular with the lab practicals we can easily deal with the real time consequences which will not be gained from the theory part. The semester syllabus used to be completed before the final examinations only. For completion of every two chapters we will compulsory have mid exams. And after the competition of core exams we will have lab practicals. After completion of the practicals the semester will be ended.
Internships Opportunities :
I have recently done an internship from Appleton Innovation in the machine learning using pyhton. by the end of this internship I have completed a mini project "Churn prediction"which is based on my internship only. This college also give more internship offers , where some internships also provide stipend per monthly. This give a great boost to strat our preparation.
Placement Experience :
I am a student of second year. What i observed from my senoirs is the students from 3rd year also giving their attempt in the placements offered by our college. This year nearly 5 companies visited our college. Companies like accenture ,wipro ,amazon, ,ibm,infoys visited our college. more 70 students got placed and their average package was like around 5lpa to 6lpa per annum.The preparation before for the placements will be started before 3months with the crt classes, aptitude classes and so on.we also have mock interviews.I think it gives the best preparation for placements.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
I have admitted in this college through emacet rank. For me the government scholarship is offered. My overall semester fees is 540000. The government will offer the semester exam fees in the four terms. Each term the amount of 13000 will be debited in our accounts. The student should be regulary to the college and have to maintain the attendance percentage of 75 otherwise extra tutuion fees will be charged. The semester examination fees is 1500, and coming to supply fees for one subject it is 500 and for for two subjects it is 600 and for more subjects it is 1000. This is the fees structure of our college.
Campus Life :
Our campus is a wide land of area.It is almost around 5 acres with the every facility. Our college has separate building for the respective branch, it also has auditorium in it. We have a good collection of books in our library. We have a huge ground for the outdoor games like football,volleyball, basketball and cricket. we also have separate space allotted for indoor games with great infrastructure. We often have many cultural activities celebrated in our college. Recently we have went through Womens day celebration which was a grand success. For every we have an event called "Yuvatarang" which is one of the adding feature to our college.
Admission :
I have appeared for the engineering entrance exam in the year 2022. I researched many engineering colleges which has many good opportunities among all of them this college have the cut-off marks related the marks I have secured. Finally,I got my admission in this college in the branch of Mechanical engineering. Due to pandemic, we almost lost one year of schooling. It is very difficult tfor us to cope up with new environments. But my teachers are the backbones in many aspects.
