Dislikes

  • There is no boys hostel in the college which is really bad
  • The college should not take admission of local students as the ratio of local and students from other parts of the country should be equal

Course Curriculum Overview :

The circuilum of engineering is been followed since how many years there must be a change as per the demand of the current times not older there should be complete change in syllabus as per new technologies to be future and present ready the collge follows the syllabus given by bikaner technical University as it comes under it, the syllabus is not quite fresh but is fine the course and curriculum is also fine the teachers are also fine but the big problem is in exams after covid the semester is very short due to which there is no proper exam timings which is a big problem.

Internships Opportunities :

The college have fine internship opportunities ranging from railways ,drdo, rawat bhata nuclear thermal plant, many oil industries like iocl, oil india limited, maruti Suzuki I don't know much about other branches Till now i have been on two internships some small projects.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

There are many scholarships opportunities like gas seat which is government appiled seat in which we have the benefit to study under half the tution fee of the college then there is tws and low income scholarship etc

Campus Life :

The infrastructure is medium sized the college have 4 buildings in which there are branches like mechanical, computer sciences, it ,cyber security, civil, electrical , ece, mba , mca there are few clubs are which are not that much active but they are active extracurricular activities are ncc , nss sports events the library have all the books required by the subjects the college doesn't host fests very often once in 4 sems sometimes sometimes not the college focuses much on studies and classes not much else.

Admission :

The admission is taken by the reap Rajasthan engineering admission process where the admission is done on the basis of jee mains or 12th boards it is an online process you can find by just typing reap there you have to put your jee and 12th marks which will decide your rank in the state and you will be alloted colleges according to your rank there are quoting for sc,st,obc.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Food is a vast subject and people will not stop eating, so the scope of food technology is just amazing. The college has its own faculty for different subjects. This btech course is of 4 years ie 8 semesters. Each semester has midterms and final semester exams. Last semester is for an internship. Midterms are of 20 marks, practical of 30 marks and final semester theory exams of 50 marks, so passing the exam is damn easy. Regular classes with good faculties make this course easy.

There are a lot of companies in our college very much are tech companies but there are branch specific companies also. The placement department is working very hard for each person's good placement. There are 70-80% chances that you will get placed conditionally if you have the right skills and knowledge required there.

A good type of companies like Google, Microsoft, Apple, etc offer internships two together off-campus and on-school grounds where there exist many assistant roles ready for use to enhance our ability and get ready for future placements. We also disturb do a variety of projects to embellish our skills. Out of it, 60-70% of students get placed. My plan after getting a degree is to start up my own startup. College also supports new startup plans.

Placement Experience:

Our campuses placement scenario has been positive with a 100% placement rate. Around 2 months before the placement session, the placement cell of our college contact recruiters after which through the job announcement form, all the companies provide our necessary data. Most importantly, everyone needs to know that the placement session occurs twice a year i.e. between January to April and August to November. Above all, the highest package offered in the previous year was 45 LPA and that as an average package 7-8 L was witnessed. Also, since our college offers summer internships.
