First of all the discipline and the professional behaviour in the environment of IHMs it enhances your personality to be a better version of yourself. It also improves your behaviour skills that is the way you eat the way you sit you react in circums
Second is the study atmosphere which is there in the IHMs which is done in a manner in which a student never feel monotonous and learning becomes joyful And the practical skills make you more passionate about you studies because in hotel industry

Course Curriculum Overview :

I wanted to work in hospital industry, like hotels and corporate companies that is why I choose this course. 30 students has 1 teacher. Teachers have to clear NTET in order to get a job as facul in IHMs. Teaching method is very enthusiastic. Exams are based on practical classes so it is not that difficult to pass. I would give 5/5 rating to my college and faculty members.

Internships Opportunities :

Every ihm provide internship opportunities to their students which helps them to explore hotel industry. It depends on the connection between the hotel and college which is maintained by the reputation of the college

Placement Experience :

In ihm many campus placement are there for everyone something is there to achieve. And it depends on you how much you polish yourself in order to a job at better level. And by doing this course you can be sole proprietor or can open a small venture also.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fees structure is 50000 per semester. And scholarships are also given. And good amount of placment opportunities are there.there are 6 semester in all it concludes 3 years of course. At 5 th semesters lots of companies arrives for campus placement

Campus Life :

Ihm life is completely a roller coaster ride for a student it nurtures you in a very different way as it mends you brilliantly to survive and do better in hotel industry. It brushes your personality to outsand in this competitive world.

Admission :

Gave the nchmct jee by filling the form. Cut off is as per the category in which you lie, example obc, general, sc, St or any other cut off for the general is very high as compared to the other categories. The notification of the application is shown in nchmct website or in the nta website

This course is mostly practical based and we need to focus on the practical knowledge and some theoretical part because for the interview. Well talking about real world applications basic knowledge is needed for sure but self learning is more important. My experience at ihm gwalior.

Course Curriculum Overview:

This course was suggested by my one the the cousins as i was little passionate about making food. So if you love to make food or love being in hospitality sector then its a good choice ... This course helped me to have better thinking , having better grooming and better skills this helped me to have best placement in the hotel industry. The only thing which i would recommend to have improvement on should be journal writing. It should be minimised because it is of no use. Both theory and practical exams takes place at the end of the semester before that only internal and mid term exam used to take place.
