- I think the University should revise/update the course syllabus according to what we are expected to do in our company in terms of latest application/Technology.
- There should not be a change in the marking system as I faced in my last semester where I just got grades for each module instead of accurate marks which was bit confusing while calculating overall percentage.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choose to pursue Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and communication because I liked Mathematics and Physics a lot. The faculty members were quite qualifield and supporting as well. The mode of teaching was majorly in English and clear. The exams were conducted on time mostly and were of moderate level. The faculty to student ratio was 1:6.
Internships Opportunities :
The college placement cell was responsible for conducting and coordinating placement activities on the campus and even counselling students to know about their interest areas. The University had Voice and Accent trainers apart from counsellors who used to help us prepare for our interviews . Internship opportunities were provided to students in some departments of Engineering.

The admission process in Amity university was easy. The cut off to get a call for admission rounds was sixty percent in Twelfth and Tenth boards. I filled the form in May 2011. There was an English assessment and personal interview. The overall cut off was Seventy percent for both rounds individually.
Interview Experience :
The admission process/assessment day comprises of few rounds. First round is English written assessment round wherein they check your style of expressing thoughts through an essay and letter writing. This test even has few Grammer based exercises. The second round is the Personal Interview round where they check your English communication skills as well as knowledge of Science and Mathematics subjects.
